Based on the flood forecast information and the feedback real-time water level information downstream, the different frequency and interval flood was calculated and regulated using hydraulic model according to taking full advantage of regulate function of river basin. On this basis, the operation of the flood control scheduling of Songhuaba reservoir, Niulanjiang river- Dianchi water-replenishment project, Panlongjiang River and Dianchi lake are put forward, and the effective combined scheduling scheme are obtained. At the same time, the relevant suggestions for the risk prevention are provided.
