    Small Sanjiang Plain is the important food production base of China,But unreasonable development and utilization of water and soil resources lead to ecological damage that affects the grain output and the goal of ecological environment protection. Most of the studies only focus on soil and water resources carrying capacity research .In consideration of the ecological environment factors and the regional characteristics of the small sanjiang plain area,choosing LuoBeiXian, BaoQingXian, hegang, FuYuanXian, RaoHe county and then selectign index system to do a research on the comprehensive carrying capacity of water-land resource and ecological economy in sanjiang plain area by using improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the comprehensive carrying capacity is weak, In order to realize the production of food and protect the ecological win-win goal.something should be done to coordinate the development and utilization of water and soil resources and the relationship between the ecological economic.

    Abstract:A new conceptual hydrological model of Huaibei Plain is proposed for the Runoff and convergence characteristics in Huaibei Plain, considering macropore infiltration, phreatic evaporation, transformation between the groundwater and the surface water. In the model, the vadose zone is divided into two layers, the upper layer and the lower layer, using the theory of stored-full runoff to simulate the runoff, by changing leakage area to simulate macropore infiltration and using the parameter of groundwater storage capacity to reflect the relation of groundwater and surface water. The examples of the daily runoff simulation shows that the model has a certain accuracy and could be used to the research of transfer relations of the four-state water and water resources evaluation.

    Abstract:Turpan is a typical arid area, water resources is an important factor for economic development, and is also a key factor to promote the ecological environment to the positive direction. With the social and economic development, increasing human demand for quality of life, dwindling water resources become major issues of social development problems. Quantity, quality and level of development and utilization of water resources is one of the important constraints in agricultural production in arid areas and urban construction.Since the 1960s, people began excavating a large number of wells, and using groundwater, water use Turpan region into trouble. Water is very pessimistic about the situation in Turpan so far. This paper will analyze the current situation through the development and utilization of water resources in Turpan, Then predict the development trend in the future of water resources in Turpan.

    Bsaed on the investigation of the water environment factors and aquatic biodiversity of AiYi River from March to November 2012, the principal component analysis was selected to analyze the water environmental factors of AiYi River. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the water quality of AiYi River.The result showed that the water environmental factors which caused water environment pollution of AiYi Rive can be divided into four types. The factors which caused organic pollutants were Secchi-depth (SD), Suspended solids(SS),Potassium permanganate index(CODMn), 5 days biochemical oxygen demand(BOD5) and total phosphorus(TP).The factor caused Planktonic algae pollution was Chlorophyll a.The factors which caused nitrogen nutrient pollution were total nitrogen (TN) and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N).The factors which caused dissolved salts pollutants was electrical conductivity(EC). The water environmental factors followed by the importance which had affected on water quality of AiYI River ranged as follows: TP、EC、NH3-N、TN、CODMn、BOD5、SS、Chla、SD.The water environmental factors which played a leading role on water quality of AiYI River were nitrogen and phosphorus nutrient. The comprehensive evaluation result of AiYi Rive water quality was V class. The total nitrogen content exceeded criterion led to water pollution of AiYi River.

    As for the problem of huge investment and high difficulty of treating landfill leachate, and taking a consideration of rural sewage’s characteristic and its limited treatment condition, the experiment adopted rotating biological contactor to treat the mixture of landfill leachate and municipal sewage. The result of the test showed: Under the conditions of 11h HRT, 2r/min, when the mixing volume ratio, of landfill leachate and municipal sewage, was less than 1:600, the effluent concentration could achieve the first order A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB1891822002). Taking a comprehensive consideration of effluent quality and treatment amount of landfill leachate by the sewage plants in practice, we could draw a conclusion that the 1:600 proportion is the most suitable one of mixing volume ratio of landfill leachate and municipal sewage, which could provide a reference about effective treatment of rural sewage and landfill leachate, and had a promoting role in village neatness which was one goal of construction of socialism new countryside.

    Economically developed , Water resources supply and demand contradictory is prominent in coastal area. Because of complex topography, selected rain flood storage mode reasonably according to different terrain and watershed information can better improve the utilization ration of water resources. Taking Laoshan district as an example, On the base of the analysis of basin slope, topography and other characteristics of information ,the study area is divided into hill area, low hilly region and built-up area landform combined with the DEM data in the study area and the 0.25m resolution aerial photographs as the data source is selected. With the aid of the object-oriented classification software eCognition, reasonable reservoir and dam location are determined as well as the built-up area and different underlying surface are analyzed. The main project form of rain flood utilization by dispersion in typical area and the actual use of rain -flood water in different guarantee rate are Put forwarded .

    Base on the RNG k-ε turbulent model and Reynolds Navier-stokes equation, the hydraulic performance optimization of the bidirectional shaft tubular pumping station is simulated with the commercial CFD software, the performance is better improved than the original case by adjusting the hull lines of the flow channel. The hydraulic Loss of each part in the pumping station is calculated and showed by three dimensional histogram, The flow rate and circulation which affect the hydraulic loss of the flow channel of Shaft and Straight is analyzed,The reason why the hydraulic loss of Shaft rear-positioned tubular pump System is larger is explained by comparing the flow chart of the bidirectional shaft tubular pump.

    In order to provide a more precise inspection standard of the compaction degree of different sand content, and deal with the relative density test data accurately and conveniently, According to engineering practice,it is essential to conduct regression analysis using the numerical computation method and mathematical software which was based on the laboratory data of a engineer. This analysis aimed to work out the regression equation between dry density and sand content so to predict the maximum dry density, the minimum dry density and the dry density when the relative density was 0.6 of other sand content. The results show that the regression equation is of great significance and the prediction of the dry density of other sand content matches actual circumstances well. It will be more convenient to test the sand compaction degree with this result in the real engineer.

    In order to wacun hydropower station as an example, this experimental study adopts the physical model test to improve the overflow dam energy dissipation computation. The experimental results showed that: using streaming broad tail pier and underflow energy dissipation project, the energy dissipation effect is better, water tongue placements are uniform,the state of water stream flow is smooth,and so on. It can solve the practical problem better.

    Abstract:In the dense-traffic line waters where already built or planned wharf, viaduct, port and waterways engineerings near, the new viaduct project needs to guarantee involved various types of the third party legal water rights.Now we take the engineering example of Shenzhen Metro Line 11 Baoyuan Road Viaduct in the Pearl River Estuary Bridge to discuss the influence of the new viaduct project in dense-traffic line waters on the third party legal water rights. The result shows that the project is required to keep good communication with the third party during entire implementation period including design, construction and operation stages,so as to timely adjust project according to actual situation. The project must reserve construction conditions for other viaducts which have been planned to cross below this project from clearance and span angles. Reclamations shall be designed in accordance with the reclamation scheme has been approved or planned. The project should strictly controll occupy waters range while construction and operation period, meanwhile take steps to aid navigation and avoid collision for navigation and metro operation safety.The project should also cooperate with the government to do a good job in demolition and compensation work involved form water disputes.

    Abstract: In this paper,on the basis of the cementitious sand and gravel(CSG)used in the spillway foundation mixture ratio selective preference,according to poisson's ratio, cylinder axial compressive strength, static compressive modulus of elasticity, permeability and static triaxial tests further study the mechanical properties of materials. The results showed that: CSG materials poisson's ratio is 0.21, compressive elastic modulus of less than concrete compressive modulus of elasticity;porosity is large,it has moderate permeability,and have certain free drainage capacity;CSG material stress - strain relationship exists significant linear,nonlinear,and softening of three phases,body strain showed first shear contraction later dilatancy’s characteristics of plastic failure,damage angle is large. Study results provide design parameters for the spillway foundation of strength and deformation analysis, but also provide theoretical basis for the application and development of CSG material.

    The standards stipulates that sluices need regular safety appraisal. This paper has analyzed the current situation and problems of the sluices’ safety appraisal. In summing up of the sluices’ safety appraisal on the coastal of Zhejiang Province, it has listed specific analysis methods of the safety appraisal for the coastal sluices. It raises a number of points for the future safety appraisal of coastal sluices, which has some practical significance on safety appraisal of coastal sluices and may guide the danger-controlling and reinforcement project.

    Abstract: It builds Full 2D hydronamic numerical simulation model for Hanjiang lower reaches and Dongjing River, and it precisely simulates the influence on the diversion discharge of Dongjing River by the bed topography. According to calculation results from the hydronamic numerical simulation model, engineering schemes are compared by making use of the hydronamic numerical simulation model, the optimum scheme is chosen from the analysis of the influence of the engineering on the diversion discharge.

    Whether rubber dam projects can give full play to their benefits is closely related to their planning, design and management. Unreasonable design or improper operation and management methods will bring adverse impact on the project, such as rubber dam bag wear, sediment accumulation, serious erosion of the sluice’s downstream and the cutted deformation of river bed caused by sand excavation. Which eventually leds to the rubber dam’s function loss. This paper is designed to discuss the problems involved in rubber dam design: the arrangement of heights of rubber dams under different riverbed sections, the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes sluices + rubber dams and pure rubber dams as well as their applications, the considerations in sluice design and the selection of rubber dam heights. At the same time, this paper proposes the considerations in the management of rubber dam operation and the methods for controlling rubber dam operation and emphasizes the importance of controlling the sand excavation downstream rubber dams. All of the above will provide references for the building of rubber dam projects as well as the management of the operation of existing rubber dams.

    According to the requirements of flood control, Jinping-II Hydropower Station project sluice must have the flow conditions before the end of May 2011.The construction period of radial gate is tight .In addition, traditional installation program is bound by equal strength concrete restrictions. After careful argument,we decided to use the technology —“installed before the anchor cable stretch-draw” ,which is the radial gate installed before the prestressed anchor cable stretch-draw.The key problem is whether the deformation of anchorage block after anchor cable stretch-draw meets the engineering requirements and adjustment of the deformation. The calculation results show that the deformations of parallel to the direction of main anchor cable stretch-draw and perpendicular to the direction of the pier are 2.9mm and 3.0mm.The impact of the deformation can be eliminated by using the structure and design features of hinged support. The corresponding deformations monitored in construction are 2.35mm and 2.87mm, which is in line with the calculated value. It proves that the method has strong operability and can provide reference for installation of similar engineering gates.

    The unsteady flow in a Francis turbine with long and short blades was calculated by using the RNG k-ε turbulent model, and the pressure pulsation characteristics under different opening degrees were analyzed. The results show that in small opening conditions, the pressure pulsation at the gate mechanismis mainly affected by the interaction between the runner and the guide vanes, and the low-frequency pressure pulsation induced by draft tube vortexes has a major impact to the pressure pulsation of the draft tube; in large opening conditions, the low-frequency pressure pulsation mainly acts on the straight cone draft tube, and the medium-frequency pressure pulsation induced by the interaction between the guide vanes and runner has a significant impact on the turbine’s pressure pulsation.

    Threshold de-noising based on wavelet is a commonly used algorithm in the de-noising of hydropower units status monitoring signal in recent years. The classic threshold functions can be divided into hard threshold function and soft threshold function. The wavelet coefficients processed by the hard threshold function are discontinues at the threshold value, which are prone to cause additional partial oscillation on the reconstructed signal; the signal de-noised by soft threshold function has a better overall continuity, but there’s always a constant deviation between the reconstructed signal and the original one, which are prone to affect the reconstruction accuracy. Based on this situation, a wavelet de-noising algorithm with an improved threshold function is brought up. The Matlab simulation with the actual collected data indicates that the new method overcomes the drawbacks of classic ones, not only does it have a good continuity, but also raises the Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR). by comparing the preservation degree of characteristic energy of vibration signals after de-noising, the improved threshold function is more superior than the traditional classical de-noising methods. In summary, it’s an effective de-noising method.

    Rural Distribution simulation training system is a new kind of training method and tool for rural electrician. It is very important to improve professional skills level of rural electrician and its simulation credibility has a great influence on the correctness of training process. Aiming to the implementation features and application purposes of the Rural Distribution Simulation Training System, the evaluation index system is proposed in this paper. And according to the interrelation of evaluation indexes, it is difficult to measure with accurate scale or defining, then the paper presents quantitative analysis of simulation credibility calculation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.

    With the improvement of electrification degree and extensive use of power electronic devices and other non-linear loads, the three-phase unbalance and reactive power problem of rural power grid are more and more prominent. This paper, aiming at these problems, applies PSS SINCAL software for optimization analysis. For three-phase unbalance, the balance degree of system after optimization has obvious enhancement; for the shortage problem of reactive power, after optimization the software can calculate the location and capacity of reactive power compensation device, thereby it can improve the power factor and reduce line losses.

    In order to research the axial thrust of bulb turbine,a bulb turbine model taken as the research object,hydraulic axial thrust model test was carried out on test stand for hydraulic machinery. The concept of the ratio Z(axial thrust / driving force)was proposed and the variety regulation of ratio Z with the speed factor,blade angle and guide vane opening was obtained from the study. The research results indicate that the ratio Z was expressed in ranges in this bulb turbine model and the ratio Z become larger along with the increase of the speed factor and guide vane opening, while smaller along with the increase of blade angle.
