    On the basis of the “Pressure-State-Response” Model, a 3 layer indicator system of water environment ecological security is put forward. The standardized value and weight of indicators were determined by using standardization and entropy method. The integrated index ratio of water environment ecological security evaluation was obtained by using integrated index method. Based on this, a hierarchy classification method was used to establish the hierarchy relationships of comprehensive index value and ecological security evaluation. Evaluate of water environment ecological security of Nanjing city, the results show that the integrated index value of water environment ecological security of Nanjing data from 2005 to 2012 was in the rising state, water environment state from the police state (poor) enter the warning state (general).

    Based on the characteristics of Huangshui River, a semi-arid plateau region river naturalness assessment system was established, including 26 qualitative and quantitative indicators. Weight of each indicator was determined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the assessment was from four aspects including geographic features, ecological features, hydrological features and social services. The results showed in the assessment section 28% was in near-natural state, 39% in degenerate state, and 33% in artificial state. On the whole, Huangshui River Xining section was in degenerate state. Besides, the assessment results with multi-objective linear weighting function method and gray relational analysis are similar. The comprehensive naturalness assessment system established in this paper can be applied to other semi-arid plateau region rivers assessment and can provide basis for follow-up river ecosystem restoration and protection.

    The concept and connotation of ecohydrology is demonstrated,and the quantitative index system for ecohydrology is established based on the framework formed of standards. Ecohydrology index grade is put forward and the method for calculating the ecohydrology index is suggested according to the quantitative description of single index and the method of integrating multiple standards. lastly,a detailed application research on Zhejiang Province is carried out.

    In order to broaden the applied range of linear analytical method, analysis pumping test data easily, and confirm the hydrogeological parameters of an anisotropy aquifer, built a new improved linear analytical method which adopts the simplification way that retains a more term of the Theis' well functions’ series expansion. And use the thought of inversing the direct problem to check the reliability of the method, meanwhile compare with the results of Cooper-Jacob linear graphic method, and at last take a sensitivity analysis of the method. It turned out that the results calculated from the improved linear analytical methods is very similar to the results calculated from Cooper-Jacob linear graphic method and the result of sensitivity analysis tells that the improved linear analytical method is not sensitive to system error. Moreover, different from Cooper-Jacob linear graphic method, it has wider application condition, as the former needs u<0.05 while the improved linear analytical method only asks for u<0.2.

    In this paper, Penman-Monteith equation recommended by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in 1998 was applied to estimate the daily reference crop evapotranspiration(ET0)for 12 stations within 50 years (1961-2010) in Sichuan Province. On that basis, Kriging interpolation of GIS, Mann-Kendall trend test and partial correlation analysis method were used to study spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of ET0 and its causes. The results showed that annual ET0 change had a conspicuous decreasing trend in study area, ET0 decreased remarkably before 1992,after that increased gradually; ET0 in the southwest and northeast area was bigger than that in the center, ET0 increased along with the decrease of latitude and increase of altitude, there was obvious difference in different area in the spatial distribution of ET0; In correlation analysis, ET0 was significant positively correlated with sunshine duration and wind speed (α=0.05), which indicated that the main influence factors were sunshine duration and wind speed in Sichuan province.

    In general, it’s hard to generate high-quality prismatic grid for centrifugal pump with complex geometrical shape when considering hybrid prismatic/tetrahedral grid. And the primary criterion may be not satisfied for that when marching the new node should be visible from all the faces on the manifold. According to this problem, based on advancing layer method, a new way to calculate marching vectors are used to generate prismatic grid in this paper. And the factor that affect quality of grid like prim layer number and height ratio are studied, the impeller and volute are meshed with the algorithm in this paper and the existing algorithm. The results shows that the quality is higher when the layer number is less; Considering the calculation accuracy and efficiency, the recommended value of prim layer and height ratio is 3 and 1 respectively. And the quality and calculation accuracy of hybrid grid with new way of calculating marching vectors is higher than with traditional way.

    The flow calculation of water supply guarantee rate is an important content of water supply engineering,because of the lack of runoff observation data in small southwest mountainous areas,the method of measured runoff calculation is useless.This text presents three kinds of calculation methods,that is the survey method,the isoline map method and hydrologic analogy method. The survey method is the major method on flow calculation of water supply guarantee rate in small southwest mountainous areas through analysis,the isoline map method and the hydrologic analogy method as auxiliary methods.

    Monitoring index is the key index to quickly evaluate the state of dam, and important for monitoring and ensuring the safe operation of the dam and evaluating the real state of dam. In this paper, performance-based concept is introduced to the study of formulation of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability, dividing the performance level of the dam into several standards, selecting performance objective which can accurately reflect the performance level of dam, and considering the uncertainty of variable loads and material parameters, using reliability theory to obtain the most probable failure point, connecting performance objective with monitoring index and proposing dam deformation monitoring indicators to accurately reflect the real work of dam behavior. In this paper, a gravity dam example is given to show the procedure of the formulation of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability based on performance, analysis results shows that proposed method of monitoring index of gravity dam serviceability is effective and feasible.

    In order to study the thermal conductivity of high volume of fly ash concrete. The changing rule of the thermal conductivity of concrete was quantitatively investigated by orthogonal test. Five testing variables, including the fly ash content, water-cement ratio, sand ratio, water reducing agent dosage and aggregate concrete of dry and wet condition were considered in this test. The results indicated that sand ratio, the content of fly ash and water reducing agent were the significant factors. The significance of these factors is as follows from greatest to least:sand ratio, fly ash, water reducing agent dosage,aggregate concrete of dry and wet condition, Water-cement ratio,. Based on the optimal combination of the maximum and minimum of thermal conductivity, to provide a reference for the estimated thermal diffusivity by the regression equation regression analysis.

    Taking non-pressure spillway tunnel of Xiluodu Hydropower as an example, based on the finite element software ANSYS, simulating pouring process and temperature control measures. Calculating and analyzing the development and change rule of temperature and thermal stress of the lining concrete under different elastic modulus of surrounding rock. Comparing the maximum temperature, maximum temperature difference between inner and surface and maximum tensile stress of different representative point, the effects of the change of elastic modulus of surrounding rock and lining's thickness are studied. The results show that: ① When the temperature control measures are the same, the variation of wall rock’s peculiarity has little impact on temperature field of lining concrete. ② The greater elastic modulus of wall rock, the greater restraint to concrete, the greater the maximum tensile stress in the late, the stricter the temperature control requirements are. The results can provide a reference for the analysis of concrete crack control in practical project. The results can provide a reference for the simulation of temperature control of underground engineering lining concrete.

    A hydraulic experimental study is conducted based on a certain reservoir for the problem of flow regime and energy dissipation effect and the downstream slope erosion are rather bad. A comparison is made between hydraulic characteristics of stilling basin concentrated dissipation and stepped grade dissipation. And then it observes the hydraulic characteristics of flow pattern, pressure at the bottom, water lines of downstream. The results indicate that stilling basin concentrated dissipation is more suitable for the topographic features, meets the geology requirements, has better dissipation effects and flow patterns, and the scour on downstream reach and back slope is decreased with the smooth cohesion with the downstream water surface, and the effect of energy dissipation is enhanced and meet the requirements of energy dissipation.

    According to the seepage theory, combined with the engineering practice, this paper different proportions of unsanded concrete tube is the research object, discussed in the absence of the size of the porosity of the sand concrete pipe, different filter material particle size grading, bumper material on the impact of seepage water efficiency and change rule. According to the experimental results can be concluded that unsanded concrete pipe reservoir water is considerable effective. With good particle filter, when scour protection is the unsanded layer concrete slab that the water flow capacity and efficiency is better.

    The paper discussed the GPS control network layout and the way of trigonometric leveling with distance measurement by total station. And it focused its attention on analying the accuracy calculated of GPS control network and height survey. The rules for relevant tolerance of specifications must be complied with during measuring. The paper also confirmed the reliability of the GPS control network for water resources engineering in the mountain area. It verified the rule that the fourth-order leveling can be replaced by trigonometric leveling with total station distance measurement.

    When the load is rejected in the hydropower station with impulse water turbine, the deflector will be closed fast to avoid the high rotor speed and the needle valve will be closed slowly to avoid the large pressure. Therefore, the discharge through the rotor is different form the needle valve on calculation of transients. And it needs to consider the impact of the deflector’s action on the discharge, which means that the deflector equation needs to be introduced on calculation of transients. Form the physical nature and characteristics of the turbine, the deflector equation is proposed and tested with an engineering example.

    Characteristic curve of turbine plays an important role in plant transformation process of turbine type selection and hydropower. In this paper a hydroelectric power station turbine efficiency reconstruction task, need to draw the characteristic curve of turbine, But the traditional hand drawn curve method of turbine characteristics rather cumbersome, heavy workload and error prone, Therefore, this paper uses AutoLISP (Visual LISP) language in AutoCAD two development environment prepared drawing characteristic curve of turbine program, after inspection, curve drawing is to reach the expected goal. Therefore, prove that the method is feasible in practical engineering, accuracy and convenience, and save a lot of work time, greatly improved work efficiency.

    Surge chamber is commonly used to solve the problem of water hammer of hydropower stations, numerical simulation of the process accurately is very important. Recent years, researchers of computational fluid dynamics?are enthusiastic about using TVD scheme to simulate various kinds of shock wave. This paper solves numerically the water hammer and surge equation, combines with the variable boundary and initial conditions,and simulates the water hammer process of surge pressure pipeline in the hydropower station with the classical Harten’s modified TVD scheme. The results of practice engineering with surge chamber in the upstream show that the method introduced can effectively simulate the hydraulic transient process, which is more accurate than the classic first-order Lax - Friedrichs and second-order MacCormark scheme to capture the water hammer wave. The simulation accuracy are improved significantly,which to provide a new method for water hammer simulation.
