    During the process of the alfalfa growing, By measuring the A area (sawdust), B (SAP) and C (contrast) effects of soil moisture、grass production and the soil bulk density on sawdust and SAP moisture on brown soil in erosion control of slope surface. The results showed that, the change trend of rainfall and slope surface soil water content is almost the same, area A soil water containing is the highest all the time, the highest percentage is 3.96%.From the standard deviation and coefficient of variation, studies show that the A area soil moisture is strong and stability, so that sawdust release more water than SAP with the same price in B area. Finally, the average plant height in A area and yield were higher than B and C areas, the sawdust area 20-30cm soil bulk density changes the smallest , the soil bulk density of alfalfa growth well is 1.24-1.38g?cm-3.The test result is that in the slope control in arid and semi arid area can use cheap sawdust instead of SAP, it will increase benefit.

    Plant stem sap flow of water consumption, that reflects the status of vegetation water transmission, and determines the vegetation ecological water requirement. Research’s study objectn is Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix vegetation that in the southern Gurbantunggut Desert of Manasi River Basin, Through the data monitoring to research the liquid flow and the characteristics of photosynthesis and transpiration of vegetation stem, and analysis of the effect on the stem sap flow of meteorological factors and soil moisture content. The results show that (1) Haloxylon ammodendron and Tamarix stem sap flow rate showed a significant diurnal variation, the flow rate is much higher than the night. (2) Changes in net photosynthetic rate of Haloxylon ammodendron mode light of day is shuangfeng type and Tamarix chinensis belong to Single peak type. (3) Diurnal changes of transpiration rate of Haloxylon ammodendron had the obvious rise and fall, but Tamarix tendency is not obviously.(4) The liquid flow rate was negatively correlated with relative humidity of the air, and the change trend of temperature, radiation and the liquid flow rate is basically the same. (5) Along with the soil water content decreased, the liquid flow rate decreased.

    Based on literature data analysis and five stages(50's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 2008)satellite remote sensing data interpretation, the ecological impact caused by dam construction in Shiyang River Basin was analyzed. The results showed that: Because the dam in upstream and midstream Intercept,the surface water in the downstream reduced significantly . River runoff in the downstream reduced seriously and even long-term drying. groundwater in the downstream over-exploitation,it resulting sharp decline in groundwater levels. Natural vegetation cover was reduced gradually, vegetation degenerated significantly.

    Abstract: Based on the requirement of the most strict water resources management system, in this paper,forecasting emission (former) COD and NH3-N which are main pollutants in water function area in planning years and then caculating water environment capacity in water function area, on this basis, forecasting the reduction of pollutants, getting pollutant control indictor in water function area finally and methods were applied to the city of Jiaonan. It is provided that the scientific basis for the discharge of pollutant in this city.

    In order to establish the physical model of the yellow river estuary, the most correct model sand must be chosen. This paper collects the main characteristics of model sand,through comparing analysis the characteristics of those model sand , the quasi-coke-dust is chosen to be the most correct model sand for model test of the yellow river estuary. Through test verification,the quasi-coke-dust can meet the similar rationality to be used as model sand in the yellow river estuary, including starting similarity、suspension similarity、resistance similarity and sediment-carrying capacity similarity. The test results showed that the quasi-coke-dust can comparatively satisfy similar condition of movable-bed model test of the yellow river estuary. This study will provide technical support for comprehensive management of the yellow river estuary.

    Bai river is an important tourist destination and the source of drinking water in nan yang.To evaluate the water quality,set up seven monitoring section ,water samples were collected in 12 months of 2010.Based on the traditional fuzzy synthetic evaluation theory,a new model based on principal component analysis is proposed to overcome the limitations of traditional model in practice, such as factor selection and results analysis.In the new model, factors were selected by dimension reduction principle.Meanwhile,a case study of source water quality assessment,using the improved model in bai river,was presented.The result showed that from upstream to downstream showing a worsening trend.water quality level of Duck river reservoir and Nei Xiang section isⅠ.Xi chuan zhang ying is Ⅲ.Fang cheng xia he,Deng zhou ji tan,Xin ye mei wan and Xin dian pu isⅤ.The improved method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluation results.

    In order to research on the potential risk of organic pollutants in water of Weishan Lake on human health, in water, this paper treating the water body, sediments and organisms in the waters of Weishan Lake as the object of study, basing on the collection and extraction of organic chlorine pesticide content, combining with health risk assessment method, and treating the non carcinogenic risk index and carcinogenic risk index as the evaluation index of organic chlorine pesticides, evaluated the health risk assessment of organic chlorine pesticides in the waters of Weishan Lake. The results show that, ①The non carcinogenic risk index value of organic chlorine pesticides in the water is 0.80, and is in the low level of risk; carcinogenic risk index mean value is 1.68 × 10-3, and is in a high level of risk. ②The non carcinogenic risk index value of organic chlorine pesticides in sediments is 1.88 × 10-5, carcinogenic risk index value is 3.71 × 10-8, and both in the acceptable risk range. ③The non carcinogenic risk index of organic chlorine pesticides in organisms is less than 10-4, and the non carcinogenic risk is acceptable; carcinogenic risk index is less than 10-5, and carcinogenic risk is also acceptable.

    Immune particle swarm optimization introduces the immune information handling mechanism of immune evolutionary algorithm into particle swarm optimization,which improves particle swarm optimization’s global optimization ability and convergence rate using its peculiar immune memory mechanism and concentration choice mechanism and immune inoculating theory.Line of priority control on reservoir operation chart was optimized by immune particle swarm optimization,the results show that the convergence rate of immune particle swarm optimization is fast and it can astringe the result to the global best.

    The prediction model of water quantity and water quality in Shiyang river is established with WEAP,taking 2010 as current accounts. This model calculates and analyzes water balance relationship,water using structure and change of water quality by reference scenarios,predicts water quantity and quality trends in the future. This model also combines the strategic developing planning of the shiyang river to design different scenarios,simulate water management decisions and choose optimal solution. The result shows that it is helpful to water resources security and sustainable development of Shiyang basin by adjusting industrial structure,reducing water field,saving water and promoting industrial development.

    Abstract: Water modernization is a new strategy of water resources projects in the new period in China .Many different areas have formulated the strategy and scheme of water modernization ,so it is of crucial importance to build a reasonable performance evaluation system of water modernization. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the existing performance evaluation of water modernization. Based on the limitation of the current evaluation system,such as ‘deviation of strategy’, ‘result-oriented’, ‘lay particular stress on economic indicators’, this paper puts forward the concept of the strategic performance evaluation of water conservancy modernization, and explores to use the model of the balanced scorecard to build water modernization’s strategic performance evaluation.

    Valuing the ecological effects is crucial to the assessment of effect of the soil and water conservation project. the paper firstly suggested an assessment system for the ecological effects of soil and water conservation project of Luo River in Luoyang city as the first national soil and water conservation Eco-Civilization City, and the paper also calculated the value of ecological effects from 2003 to 2013 using the alternative method, shadow engineering price method and so on from the safety value, the landscape value, climate value, environment restoration . Research shows that soil and water conservation project of Luo River makes annual average water conservation quantity increase of 280600 t, blocking dust 9107 t ,reducing sediment deposition erosion 2091000 t; The ecological benefits of annual total value is up to about 117.159 million Yuan, among which contributed by security benefits, landscape benefits , climate benefit , environmental recovery efficiency are 71.456, 19.669, 15.049, and 10.985 million yuan respectively by the end of 2012.This project makes Luo River surrounding area ecological environment gradually improving and the ecological environment improved significantly in Riverside area. The results may be a reference for the assessment of ecological effects of the erosion and torrent control works of river and construction of Eco-Civilization City.

    Hydrological Drought is a complex and influential phenomenon of drought; it tends to be less concerned with respect to meteorological drought. In view of skewed probability distribution, the process of hydrological drought is described. Hydrological drought index—Standardized Runoff Index is calculated with annual runoff dates, and evaluation criteria of hydrological drought is established. The results show that the corrected Standard Runoff Index reflects the hydrological drought accurately in upstream of Fenhe River and superior to conventional indicators. By the way, it provides the basis for drought early warning.

    Guijiang basin has characteristics of large rainfall,fast runoff generation and difficult to forecast. First,a model based on the EasyDHM was made, then,by using the runoff generation model of EasyDHM, the Muskingum method, Runoff calculation could be made. After parameter calibration, the flood is simulated with a high precision and it is suitable for the flood of the validation period. By analyzing the important parameters for the river basin, a set of parameters suitable for the river basin has been concluded.

    Sand trapping tube is usually used in head work of water diversion project with the low cost and high efficiency to remove bed sediment. Based on the closed Reynolds equation with turbulence model, volume of fluid (VOF) method is adopted to track the free surface and the finite volume method is used to discretize the equations, The flow field in sand trapping tube is obtained by the commercial CFD code FLUENT. A series of numerical simulations that reproduce particular published laboratory flows are presented. Rather complete flow field information, for example, tangential flow velocity and axial velocity distribution in sand trapping tube are obtained. In order to identify the importance of various controlling parameters to flow field, such as water depth, open width and diameter of sand trapping tube, the angle between sand trapping tube and channel axis, sand trapping tube opening length , sand trapping tube longitudinal slope are analyzed in detail. It provides a certain basis for study of bed load transport mechanism and design of sand trapping tube with spiral flow in open channel.

    Outwash accumulation has the characteristics of complex composition and varied deposition, leading to irregular distribution of structure. In the previous process of governance, there exists many difficulties in excavation and support. The inlet slope of Liyuan hydropower station exist on Xia Za Ri Outwash Accumulation ,take the inlet slope as the objects ,and study the adaptability of anchoring ,then carry out poring experiment to verify the pore-forming properties of Outwash accumulation. And carry out two adaptation experiments named anchor-stake with pipe and self-drilling Perforated anchor, and verify the two improvement measures are feasible, according to geophysics exploration and cutting experiment, as well as the grouting process of anchor-stake and the parameters of self-drilling Perforated anchor . Multipoint extensometers are used to monitor stability of the slope , the slope is stable after anchoring ,according to the data from the multipoint extensometers .The two improved measures could provide a reference to the construction of similar projects.

    Abstract: Circular Ring of sediment desilting filter is a new type desilting and filtrating equipment, it can provide a new method to separate sand with water. The essay preliminary research the flow field distribution of sand basin below which based on the local section numerical simulation of settling, sediment and filtering in urban industrial supply water project of Hutu town, Xinjiang. In the water inlet area nearby, there is whirlpool zone clockwise and large energy and it have a greater influence on the flow pattern of local place. Water outlet area which is a inlet of filter tank has a larger flow velocity and meet rule actual. This paper fully verified that it’s necessary for consider the large particle size which can ballasting when selecting particle size range of filter material. Hydraulic parameters of the velocity vector diagram and the velocity contour diagram of water in the settling basin can be computed by the FLUENT software. Further illustrate the feasibility of numerical simulation of setting basin, it’s has the certain reference value for the similar engineering design, construction and operation management.

    Abstract:Jinquan Industrial Park groundwater sources in Neimenggu was selected as the study area, based upon numerical simulation model of groundwater in this study, Latin Hypercube Samping was used to obtain input(pumping) and output(water level drawdown) data sets, and multiple regression analysis method was proposed to establish an surrogate model of the groundwater numerical model, namely dual response surface model. the fitting mean relative error of mean groundwater level drawdown obtained by dual response surface model and numerical simulation model of groundwater was 0.22%, and the fitting mean relative error of the remaining average relative standard deviation of groundwater level drawdown was 0.03%. So the fitting error was small, which indicated that the dual response surface model can effectively replace groundwater numerical model. This provides effective scientific basis for establishing management surrogate model of resource optimization of groundwater.

    Niubitan river sluice has operated for many years,which is seriously damaged now,there exists serious seepage in downstream and two banks.In order to make the sluice bring economic benefit as before,reinforcement and anti-seepage treatments are going to be carried out.Combining with the latest survey geological data,the seepage control design aims to reinforce the sluice on the basis of the original engineering ,a row of grouting curtain will be made on the foundation of the sluice chamber section; the cutoff dikes will be formed after excavating the filling soil and sandy pebble layers respectively on the two banks,and backfilling with clay, the filling grouting treatment will be made at sluice abutment on the left bank.Improved resistance coefficient method is adopted to analysis the effect of anti-seepage treatments, and the results shows anti-seepage measures decrease the seepage on the sluice chamber section and flow around at the sluice abutment,eventually to ensure the integrity and reliability of anti-seepage system.

    Severe abnormal vibration appears in Francis turbines in a hydropower station of Southwest China at higher head than rated head and full load or overload.To investigate the reasons, the analysis considers that characteristic points of vibration condition are inside a part of the channel vortex area on the runner's performance curve. And after dropping load test starting at full load in the power plant site, the test data confirm the prediction that the other parts of channel vortex area also have analogous characteristic points of vibration condition. The CFD analysis also demonstrates that the obvious unstable vortices exist between runner blades in the vibration condition. So the vibration of these turbines is caused by channel vortices when they operate at the zone with higher head than rated head and full load or overload.

    Water containing sand hydraulic flow state in the draft tube of francis turbin under operation condition is more unstable, and the eccentric vortex band, causing pressure fluctuation and draft tube vibration, at the same time due to the outlet circulation of runner is uneven, causing to take off the flow and impact of the water in the draft tube, and then leading to the phenomenon of cavitation erosion and abrasion, so affecting the safe operation of turbine. Therefore, in this article, through the commercial CFD software to establish the water containing sand inside the draft tube of francis turbin, the mathematical model of multiphase flow, adding the draft tube diversion plate or not, this paper compares and analyzes affirmation of the role of diversion separator; Discusses the diversion separator for different position at the same time, analyzes the water of draft tube flow situation and the pressure fluctuation, the result shows that the draft tube straight taper section of adding diversion separator is very effective on reducing pressure fluctuation.
