    Sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB), as one kind of efficient desulfurization technologies, has been applied widely in treatment of the industrial wastewater with sulfate. The characteristics and hazards of desulfurization wastewater, and the existing abroad and overseas treatment technologies were introduced. The treatment mechanism and possibility of desulfurization wastewater by SRB anaerobic biotechnology were also discussed. The applications of SRB anaerobic biotechnology in the wastewater containing sulfate was reviewed, as well as the development prospect of treatment of desulfurization wastewater by SRB was previewed, which would provide powerful foundation to the engineering treatment of desulfurization wastewater by SRB.

    In order to screening an ideal salt tolerance appraisal index at different growth stages of sunflower, the potted experiments under different salt treatment were conducted. The threshold-slope model of Maas and Hoffman was used to analysis the sensibility and relativity between total dissolved solids of soil and growth indices at different growth stages of sunflower. The results show that the relative height is an ideal salt tolerance appraisal index for seedling and bud stage , while the relative flower disc is better for florescence and mature stage.

    A testing apparatus was built,In order to grasp hydraulic performance and energy consumption of the domestic water turbine. The testing apparatus consist of pump、Hysteresis Brakes Torque meter、 flowmeter . In a certain working condition,we can adjust the brake to change the size of load then we can regulate the water turbine speed. By measuring the flow rate , inlet pressure and outlet pressure of water turbine, the head of turbine can be obtained by the Bernoulli equation, then we can work out water power;The torque meter measured torque, speed, which resulted in different hydraulic turbine efficiency of each working conditions. The experiment measured characteristic curves of 7 kinds of speed s. And then we got the range of high efficiency and the size of capacity. Besides, as the speed reduction, high effective area shift to smaller flow area. Experimental results show, turbine efficiency of domestic JP50 reel sprinkling irrigation machine is lower, there is a great energy-saving space.

    Oxygation can solve well the problem of "contradiction between water and oxygen " of the conventional irrigation to realize goals of low fertilization, high absorption, high yield and high quality. In this paper, tobacco were studied by dealt with three processing, machinery oxygation, chemical oxygation and conventional irrigation. The related index of root and agronomic trait were tested and analysed. The two oxygations can significantly promote the growth of root, the increase of leaf area, and improvement the yield of tobacco. Compared with the conventional treatment, mechanical oxygation is conducive to the root deeper than chemical oxygation, but chemical oxygation is conducive to distribute nutrient to the ground plant.

    Currently, there are two types of sodium hypochlorite generator in China, including bipolar and single polarity electrode,the sodium hypochlorite generator with single polarity electrode is widely used while it with bipolar electrode less used. In this paper, the experiment with three factors, including salt water concentration, current density, salt water flow, was designed to study the influence of running effect of sodium hypochlorite generator with different electrode. The results showed that: The salt water concentration and the salt water flow have a consistent tendency on the running effect of the single polarity electrode and the bipolar electrode, yet the current density has a slightly different tendency.The running effect of sodium hypochlorite generator with bipolar electrode was much better than it with single polarity electrode. Therefore, it is suggested that sodium hypochlorite generator with bipolar electrode was used in rural water supply projects.

    Based on the YuanJiang water system as the research object in guizhou province, we have taken 50 years from 1962 to 2011, extreme drought years as the modeling data, meteorological data in the area's annual drought characteristics and drought assessment research. With annual precipitation, annual average temperature, highest temperature, annual sunshine duration, annual average wind speed, annual average relative humidity and annual minimum relative humidity, annual average air pressure eight major meteorological factors, genetic projection pursuit model was established, the regional drought characteristics of study on comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation results showed that the annual precipitation, annual highest temperature are the most significant to study regional drought affecting factors, so we must strengthen the early warning forecast of the meteorological factors.

    n order to investigate the optimum working condition of vertical secondary settling tank, the RNG k?ε turbulence model and Mixture model were used for 2d unsteady simulation of the flow field and sludge concentration in settling tank. The simulation results show that the flow field changed a lot and the recirculation zone resulted in short-streams. When working 2h, the velocity distribution in the tank became uniform and the average settling time approached the design value. Effective sediment height reduced with the increase of sludge concentration in the tank, so it is reasonable to control the sludge discharge interval. And there are two visible interfaces of sludge-water interface and sludge thickening interface in the vertical secondary settling tank.

    The performance function tends to be implicit or nonlinear in the evaluation of gravity dam reliability, making it difficult to apply some classical methods, such as JC method, Monte-Carlo simulation etc., as they are supposed to be too time-consuming. One possible solution to this problem may be the introduction of artificial neural networks, among which RBF is featured with faster convergence, better precision and can realize global convergence to some extent. In this paper, the application of RBF in gravity dam reliability is investigated, with some examples presented to convince that it’s reasonable to put it into use.

A more practical method of identification, data jump method, is improved and realised through Matlab programming.     This paper is based on the project of Yichang Red-light Aqueduct, analysis of the stress characteristic of the framed bent structure of Aqueduct has been carried out by using ABAQUS finite-element software; Then, optimization design of the bearing position on the pier cap has been done to improve the stress distribution of pier cap .The results show that the beam of the high framed bent is easy to produce tensile stress and it is the key part for strength check; Through the optimizing design of bearing position can improve the stress distribution of concrete pier cap.

    Most of the tunnel overbreak areas appear in the cave walls and crowns, one of the important factors is the effect caused by blasting. Due to the combination of the productive blasting test, the blasting parameters are reasonable that the cave walls and crowns of the Jiniu hydropower station diversion tunnel are relatively flat, but there is a serious problem of overbreak at the base. Through the analysis of the problem ,it mainly turns out to be the effects of construction water and ballastless wheel pressure of cyclic loading in the process of tunnel excavation. For the above reasons, this paper presents the timely follow–up of short anchor to reinforce the surrounding rock of the floor. Through numerical analysis, the scheme can control the overbreak of Jiniu hydropower station floor well.

    The aqueduct has 320 bent frames, the height of which varies with changes in terrain. Bent frames whose height above 7.5m were selected,and Two conditions were analyzed, which is 70% of the original design reinforcement of the original. By using the ANSYS finite element analysis program, seismic performances of aqueduct was analyzed under design intensity.

    Abstract: The dynamic uniaxial compression tests of concrete were researched under different strain rates (10-5/s、10-4/s、10-3/s) after experiencing different monotonic loading history,comparatively analysed the stress-strain curve of concrete, and used the improved Weibull statistical model to analyse the uniaxial compression damage characteristics .The results showed that the peak stress and elastic modulus of concrete improved with the increase of strain rates under the same load history condition, but the variation of peak strain was not obvious; the peak stress , peak strain and elastic modulus of the concrete decreased with the increase of loading history amplitude at the same strain rate, concrete residual strength decreased significantly after experiencing 85% of the monotonic loading amplitude; the loading history has little influence on the strength of concrete when loading history amplitude is below a certain threshold value, but the damage variable increased and the ultimate compressive strength decreased obviously along with the increase of strain rates when the loading history amplitude is higher than a certain threshold value.

    For understanding the number of impeller’blades make effect on the performance of multistage centrifugal pump,based on κ-ε turbulence model,Using SIMPLEC algorithm and the Navier - Stokes homogenization equation, to simulate a multistage centrifugal pump’s phase ,which just change the number of impeller blades. By fluent numerical calculation,can obtaine the pump internal pressure and velocity field distribution. To analyze it, when the number of impeller blade is 6, The internal flow field ,in the multistage centrifugal pump ,has the most uniform pressure and velocity distribution. At the same time, using fluent post-processing results for performance prediction of this pump, Concludes that when the impeller blade is 6, the pump’s efficiency reach to maximum 70.68%.

    With the river level declining, Super suction lift jet pump is applied in more and more situation. Cavitation happens When jet pump internal pressure below the fluid evaporation which will not only to lead throttle effect, but also lead denudation on the wall of jet pump, produce noise and reduce the pump efficiency. In order to avoid cavitation, critical cavitation depth should be controled. Through this paper, the formulas of critical cavitation depth are simplified and deduced. Through the test, the maximum depth of two Super suction lift jet pumps including 25m and 34m head centrifugal pumps are measured indirectly. The data which revised after experiment and the results of calculation are nearly consistent. Through comparison and analysis, the reason why the Super suction lift jet pump can't work normally is happening cavitation or working pressure is too small. Controlling depth of jet pump or increase working pump head can be taken to satisfy the user requirements.

    Abstract: In allusion to the integrated force of the axial-flow pumps’ adjusting blade angle, a stress test system of blade angle adjusting equipment of pumps based on DSP MC56F8037 was researched and developed .This system collects the real-time pressure of the cylinder in a hydraulic device via DSP MC56F8037,when the axial-flow pump is on and bland angle changes. At the same time let the processed data transmit to the host computer for storage ,graphing ,curve showing and so on. Consistent results have been achieved while comparing the measured data with the calculated data under theoretical model.

    Aiming at the reverse calculating problem in drawing conventional reservoir scheduling figure, this paper compared the reverse calculating results with the forth calculating results in details from the aspects of completing reservoir scheduling task and getting more benefits of the reservoir water head and avoiding late concentrated destruction of water supply, etc. Analyzed the reasons and summarized the advantages of using reverse calculation instead of using forth calculation in drawing conventional reservoir scheduling figure. Finally, from the perspective of raise the utilization ratio of water resources and guarantee the safe operation of the reservoir, this paper gave the reasons why we using dry year water process to draw the increased output line and using wet year water process to draw the reduced output line.

    In recent years, with emerge of river ecological environmental problems and widely acceptance of the idea of sustainable development, more attentions are taken on reservoir optimal operation combined with the river ecological water demand. An ecological- power optimal operation model for Niululing Reservoir system which contains a reservoir and two power stations was developed and three kinds of ecological water demands (the minimum, the second minimum and proper) were analyzed and determined. Accordingly, genetic algorithm program was developed to solve the model. By employing the model and program, respective generation benefits of the power stations under the three kinds of ecological water demands in three typical years(water-rich, water-normal and water- shortage)were calculated. Then, the benefits were compared to the contemporary operation results of the Reservoir, and the impacts of river ecological water demands on power generation were analyzed. The results reveal that, this model can increase the generated energy distinctly taking account of the river ecological water demands. The research provides both technical support for Niululing Reservoir operation and practical reference for similar studies.

    The construction and maintenance of Bailey Bridge at Xiangqi Hydropower Station is presented in this paper. This bridge effectively connected both sides of the river and played a significant part during the second stage construction. Based on the specific features of hydroelectric project, it is further predicted that there will be a wider range of application of bailey bridge during the construction of hydroelectric project in the future.

    This paper establishes the mathematical model of genetic algorithm about the active power distribution in inner-plant economical operation of hydropower station. Based on the basic PSO algorithm , encoded is designed and fitness function is improved ,at the same time ,optimization and mutation strategy is proposed, , and a detailed procedure for solving(Improved Particle Swarm Optimization, IPSO) is given. And considers the effects of Huaneng Xiang Qi Tubular hydropower station, it indicates that using the improved algorithm in active load distribution of hydropower station is available. And the algorithm is simple, easy to implement and has better convergence performance.
