    On the basis of the MIKE21 software, the model of water quality to simulate flow field, velocity, and proliferation of pollutants before and after eco-islands is established that is to investigate the impact of eco-islands on the water environment in Wohushan Reservoir. It is indicated that eco-islands not only can ease the phenomenon of reservoir circulation but also speed up the exchange rate of water body in the vertical direction, and shorten the recovery time of water during a persistent pollution. The study provides a strong guarantee for water resources regulation, water supply security, management and protection for Wohushan Reservoir.

    In order to solve the substrates clogging problems of vertical flow wetlands, a method is proposed that “water pretreatment + substrates improvement” by adding origin-microorganism bacteria. It combines the bacteria water treatment technology with constructed wetlands, water pretreatment means adding origin-microorganism bacteria before water flow into wetlands, which can reduce the pollution load entering the wetlands; substrates improvement is that adding origin-microorganism bacteria into substrates of the wetlands, which can degrade siltation substances that clogging the wetlands. Take the clogging treatment of Gankeng river and Gankeng constructed wetland in Shenzhen as an example, the wetland water quality up to the primary emission standerd after treatment for one month. Pollution indicators removal rates: COD, 80%~90%; BOD5, 85%~95%; ammonia nitrogen, 75%~85%; total phosphorus, 55%~65%. So far the constructed wetlands work well after treatment from 2005, the results showed that by using this method, the constructed wetland restored its sewage treatment capacity, clogging problem was resolved.

    The water in Tailanhe Basin were sampled collected and the concentration of R11、R12、R113 in them are determined. The samples’ ages and mix proportion are calculated. The average age of the surface water in Tailanhe Basin are between 1982 and 1990.The glacier kept a large amount of precipitation several decades before. It makes the average year of the water become older when it melt into water. The average age of the groundwater in Tailanhe Basin are between 1956 and 1990. The age of the ground water in the South is older than in the North. 30%~ 50% of the groundwater date before 1945s. The flow speed of the groundwater and renewal rate were calculated accord to their age and percentage. The flow speed of the groundwater located between the south of 312 national road and akumuzha is 300m/a,and 727m/a between mountain to akumuzha.The renewal rate of groundwater is 0.55%/a.

    BTOPMC model was used in the upstream area of Huangnizhuang Hydrologic Station. Using Morris screening method, parametric sensitivity of BTOPMC for runoff simulation was analyzed.After calibration and validation on the basis of measured data from 1982 to 1987 and 2001 to 2010, a distributed runoff simulation model of the basin has been established.Numerical results indicate that the major sensitivity parameters are decay coefficient (m), roughness (n0) and drying function parameter (Alpha). Both in calibration and validation period, the simulated runoff is accurate, and the runoff coefficient is more similar to the observed one.

    Based on investigation data of 351 farmers in 3 Key county /District of water conservancy construction of Sichuan Province, rural households’ behavior and influence factors on Civilian-run and public-subsidized schools policy were analysed by Logistic Model. The results show that there are many factors affecting rural households’ behavior greatly under current institutional arrangement, including farmers' gender, educational years, Whether to participate in the water user association, Family single farming labour force proportion, Scale of farmland management, Acknowledge of smallholders water recognition of the importance of agricultural production, Views on Fairness of Civilian-run and public-subsidized schools.

    This study was based on the sociological research status combing of farmland water conservancy and analyze the institutional organizational, and cultural foundation of Guanzhong farmland irrigation district water conservancy. Institutional basis including water system, facility management and maintenance of the system, and the water administration system and ride out the system, etc; organizational foundation is a Management model with village groups as the basis for action; cultural foundation including The weak clan Cultural District as well as the traditional ethics. Using a survey method to collect first-hand information of the 120 villagers About the using situation and the existing problems of irrigation and water conservancy in the village of Xi Pocun, Town of Xinglin, County of Fufeng, city of Baoji, province of Shaanxi. The result showed the existing problems:①the unreasonable fee management systems, the high price of water and the high cost of irrigation, ②the missing management and ineffective maintenance of basic lateral canal, Village drains filled with garbage is a tragedy of the commons, ③Sublateral leaks seriously and there is no one to repair, ④ the opacity of the government water policy and ride out the provisions, ⑤the less decision meeting and low participation on rural public water conservancy. The main reason for this situation is that the investment is Inadequate, the management of the subject is not clear, and the awareness of villagers to participate is weak. We had also explored the development direction, farmland water conservancy infrastructure and grassroots management can be effectively combined together. Implement the compensation mechanism of the Lateral Canals; Management the grassroots water conservancy facilities deeping into the village; Establish the government guidance of new type of farmers association, etc.

    Abstract: The large-scale rural labor migration makes some rural places facing the problem of hollowing out, and hollow villages have problems of agricultural production, infrastructure construction, rural community management and so on. The irrigation management in rural places has been ignored for a long time, it also has the same problems.     This paper was proposed a method and an index system of management performance evaluation about water consumption and water efficiency, and using the entropy method to analyse weight coefficient of the evaluation index, in order to avoid the subjectivity in the process of determining weight coefficient. Introduce the triangle subordinate function method, divided the evaluation indicators into cost index or benefit index, to assess the management performance evaluation on water consumption and water efficiency, thus made the evaluation process more scientific and more reasonable. By adopting the method, this paper was evaluated water consumption and water efficiency of management performance on all counties of Ji’nan in 2011. The result shows that this method can be applied to water consumption and water efficiency of management performance evaluation, and can assess the ability and the level of water management on all counties of Ji’nan better.

    In order to predict the axial force of pump as turbine, computational fluid dynamics software CFX was adopted in the whole flow field numerical simulation of pump as turbine. The pressure distribution was acquired in all the impellers cover plate and the blades surface. While the angular velocity distribution of liquid was achieved in the cavity. Results show that the axial force of each impellers is not equal at the best efficiency. The value of axial force on first-stage impeller is larger than the next. With the increase of water head, the axial force of impellers go up. The average of the liquid angular velocity of all cavities are higher than the traditional calculation value 0.5ω.It ranges from 0.42ω to 0.7ω.

    Water flow and sediment movement in a double suction centrifugal pump were simulated with an Euler-Lagrange multiphase flow model and the effect of the two different blade outlet angles on the erosion rate of blade was predicted with a particle erosion model. The results show: the blade's inlet and outlet are usually severely destroyed by sediment erosion and the average erosion rate on the suction side is always greater than that on the pressure side. The impact angle is one of the major factors which influence the erosion rate of blade. Decreasing the blade's outlet angle, the erosion rate at the blade is decreased but the pump head is also decreased slightly.

    Abstract: For the deformation monitoring system in the process of observation which affected by all kinds of random factors, this paper has successfully applied MGM (1, N) model which based on the wavelet analysis to the prediction of the dam’s deformation, with discussing the wavelet analysis and the modeling of MGM (1, N).According to the engineering practice, if using wavelet filtering method to deal with the noise monitoring data firstly, and then establishing MGM (1, N) model to forecast, it can effectively improve the accuracy of the traditional MGM (1, N) prediction.

    The energy dissipation structure of trapezoidal pier stilling pool were optimized,through the spillway tunnel trapezoidal pier stilling pool physical model test of Wuyi Reservoir by Dina River in Xinjiang. The comprehensive type stilling pool of the joint use of suspended grid and trapezoidal pier was put forward,water overflow outside,and not form submerged hydraulic jump problem in the check flow were solved under the condition of separate seting trapezoidal piers in the stilling pool . The height rationality of suspended grid was Verified under different flow. By the use of Fluid dynamics calculation software FLUENT,the detailed flow field of the suspended grid and trapezoidal pier stilling pool was obtained,the modification proposal for the size and layout of the suspended grid were put forward,it provided the reference to auxiliary energy dissipater structure design and other similar engineering optimization stilling pool.

    “5.12”Wenchuan earthquake triggered a lot of landslides, and Quake lakes formed because of landslide material blocking the mountain river is a typical secondary geological disaster. There is a potential risk of landslide dam failure, so that the Quake lakes must be treated immediately to remove the risk. This paper combined with the treatment scheme of three Quake lakes (Jiadanwan, Yaozigou and Guanmenshan Quake lakes) located at the no-man’s land of Baisha River in Dujiangyan city, and had made the detailed introduction to safety evaluation, engineering treatment, non-engineering hedging of Quake lakes and so on, which provided reference for disaster risk recognition, treatment design and construction of similar engineering.

    Based on MIKE21 software the influence of different pier arrangement in double-line skew bridge on the local flow field is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the single-line skew bridge has significant blocking water effect on water flow, and the blocking water effect of double-line skew bridge isn’t a simple superposition. Since bridge piers downstream and upstream are arranged on-the-hole and they are closer, lower bridge piers have smaller blocking water effect with the certain effect on energy dissipation and the redistribution of flow velocity in view of the shielding effect of upper bridge piers. The change of angle between the axial direction of lower bridge piers and the flow direction makes the flow pattern in local region around piers change greatly, and the influences increase along with the increment of the angle. The change value in other regions has little difference and there exists no monotonic relationship between them. The round ended piers should be arranged along the flow direction as much as possible. Otherwise, if the bridge piers have great effect on the flow pattern in local region around piers,it is effective to excavate the beach to compensate the flow area occupied by the project.

    This article through layout and type selection and structure of forebay, results show that: The forebay should be as close as possible to factory building, the best layout in the no adverse geological location, stability of slope. Through the forebay type selection, the ground separation type structure, engineering quantity is little, less construction investment, usually choose the separative type, and through the hydraulics calculation, feasible of structure layout , in the actual engineering design, this method has a certain practical value.

    Large-scale small power plants operating in power grid is important role for guaranteeing power supply and servicing social economy development. But the own limitations of small power plants and information and technical bottleneck, which exists in schedule management, restrict small power plant into full play. This paper analyzed the characteristics of small power plants, the influence of operating in power grid and existing difficulty in management. Combined with the Yunnan power grid, the management strategy and measures are put forward from technical level and management level respectively. It is shown that they can solve numerous problems existed in schedule management of large-scale small power plants operation in power grid. And they have goodly scientificalness, feasibility and maneuverability.
