    Abstract: This research was done on the grapes evapotranspiration variation rules in the vineyards in Xinjiang Turpan basin by means of Bowen ratio-energy balance. The results show that daily change of each variable of the water-heat balance is in the shape of the single-peak curve; that latent heat flux, sensible heat flux and soil heat flux were in positive correlation with the net radiation but the peak values appeared in different time and different sizes; that latent heat flux took up the majority of the spending of the net radiation with variation rules in the best accordance with the daily net radiation change; that the variation of soil heat flux was in a gentle way and its trend was roughly the same with the net radiation but lagged behind the net radiation about 2-3 hours; that in fine days, the daily evapotranspiration rate was in the shape of the single-peak curve; that evapotranspiration started after 8 in the morning with a rapid increase, reached the peak value during 13:00-15:00 at the noon and was on the rapid decrease after that; that the water consumption was in the trend of first increase and then decrease; that the biggest value of water consumption of fruit expanding stage was 8.78mm/d; that daily evapotranspiration during the whole growth period was 5.71mm and the total evapotranspiration was 1228.3mm.

    According to field trials, the alpine crop oats, barley study object. Alpine pastoral areas for crop water production function on the primary determine the research.The results showed that oats moisture function model for the Stewart model, the moisture sensitivity of the order of:jointing - heading, tillering to jointing, heading to mowing, emergence ~ tiller; barley water production function model for the Jensen model, the moisture sensitivity of the order: tillering jointing, jointing - heading, heading to mowing, the emergence ~ tiller.     This article mainly aims at the Karst slope characteristics, design a kind of network based on ZigBee irrigation control system.The lower position machine node in this system powered by solar energy,in accordance with the regulation of crop water requirements for irrigation,and synchronously measures pipe flow of all levels.According to the isosceles triangle(type B)to decorate irrigation points and the diagonal 5 forms to fix the sensor mentioned in this article for crop irrigation experiment, and the pipes flow are measured.

    Crop yield and water use efficiency(WUE) of intercropping needle leaf pea with maize, potato and oil flower under raised bed planting were studied compared to flat palnting.The results revealed that daily average soil temperature in 5-25cm soil layer under raised bed planting increased 0.87~0.95 ℃ and temperature increasing effects decreased as soil layer deepened. In 3 intercropping systems the yield and WUE of maize/pea were highest which reached 15795.3 kg/ha and 22.94 kg/ha.mm,respectively.The yield of increased 9273.3 kg/ha and 8717.7kg/ha,WUE increased 10.55 kg/ha and 10.87 kg/ha compared to potato/pea and oil flower/pea, respectively.The yield and WUE of raised bed planting increased 1649.4 kg/ha and 5.11 kg/ha.mm compared to flat palnting, respectively. maize/pea was first model with high yield-increasing and water-saving effects.

    Abstract:Do autumn plastic-film mulching, plastic-film mulching top ling and no plastic-film mulching three cultivation patterns test in lanzhou lily growing areas, the experimental results show that the growth in lanzhou lily every growth period, the plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width and weight of root, of all is a. autumn plastic-film mulching > b. top ling > CK. No plastic-film mulching; 0-20 cm soil moisture, soil temperature of plastic-film mulching top ling and autumn plastic-film mulching are higher than the traditional no plastic-film mulching cultivation in different growth period; Lily bulb production with autumn plastic-film mulching with a more traditional cultivation no coated high 21.2%, plastic-film mulching top ling with a more traditional cultivation no laminating high 4.5%.

    Hydrochemical data of karstic water in Jinan, Shandong Province, were interpretated with methods of ion ratios, principal component analysis, and correlation analysis, in order to explore the hydrochemical characteristics and variation of the groundwater. Generally, groundwater is oversaturated with calcite and dolomite (SI>0), and undersaturated with gypsum (SI<0). Our results indicate that the hydrochemistry of groundwater in Jinan is controlled by both water-rock interaction and anthropogenic activities. Dissolution of carbonates contributes main source of chemical components of groundwater, while anthropogenic activities cause variation of hydrochemical components which differ spatially. Hydrochemical components of groundwater in the western suburb and southern recharge zone are primarily influenced by the dissolution of carbonates, groundwater in the eastern suburb and the central city is overlapped with effects of human activities. Groundwater in the western suburb and southern recharge zone is better in quality than that in the eastern suburb and central city because of relatively natural environment in the western suburb.

    In China, Drinking-water type fluorosis is distributed widely. Based on field investigation and water samples collection, fluorine distribution characters of groundwater and their influencing factors in Pingdu of Shandong Province were studied in this paper. The results show that fluorine concentration of groundwater in Pingdu ranged from 0.2 mg/L to 18.6 mg/L and high fluorine groundwater is mainly distributed in Low-lying areas, southwestern of Pingdu. High fluorine groundwater is affected by many factors, among which high fluorine strata is the foundation of high fluorine groundwater, and the following three factors are important for fluorine distribution: regional landform, groundwater recharge, run-off, discharge and hydro-geochemistry. Strata with high fluorine in the northeastern of Pingdu were leached by precipitation and flowed into southwestern low-lying areas, where fluorine was cumulated and enriched for groundwater discharged difficultly as well as suitable hydro-geochemistry condition.

    Construction project corporative responsibility system is a management system for the field of operating items. Most small and medium-sized water conservancy projects are invested by the government, with the real legal person missing, so it is imperative to implement agent construction. The paper has summarized the typical agent construction models of small and medium sized water conservancy projects. It is summarized as the agent construction model of permanent establishment, the agent construction model of provisional institutions, the agent construction model of engineering users and the agent construction model of construction market. The paper also analyzed the characteristics of these typical agent construction models of water conservancy projects and the design factors of choosing or developing the water conservancy project agent construction models, and presented the typical agent construction models--the design factors’ Matrix and the design methods of agent construction model, also analyzed combining with the actual management of water conservancy construction project in Nanjing.

    In this paper, a preliminary study with DEA (data envelopment analysis)model on the theories & methods of post-project evaluation in water conservancy construction projects is discussed. Post-project evaluation has a short history in China, and its theory, methods, and relevant norms are still in the process of improving. For water conservancy construction projects, post-project evaluation analysis is still in its exploratory stage; therefore, study of the post-project evaluation of water conservancy construction projects has important practical and theoretical value. According to the characteristics of more indicators in the post-project evaluation of water conservancy construction projects, applying the DEA basic theory for the post-project evaluation of the dredging of Dongting Lake is proposed here. It is shown by this study that DEA model is a reliable and powerful tool in the post-project evaluation of water conservancy construction.

    Deriving motion equation of flap valve with the energy method, calculating and analyzing the opening Angle and impact force of different forms of installation (free rollover, free suspended, covers), different valve pages (single-leaf and double-leaf) and different materials (steel and composite materials) with the example of BaiLizhou pumping station. Under the same conditions, the results show that: for single-block flap valve of different installation, opening angle of free rollover flap valve is bigger than free suspended flap valve at 22°, and bigger than covers flap valve at 12°, impact force of three installation forms flap valve is close. For different valve pages, opening angle of double-leaf flap valve is slightly larger than the single- leaf, impact force of free rollover double-leaf flap valve is 42% of the single-leaf, and covers double-leaf flap valve is 49% of the single-leaf. Comparing different materials, opening angle of free rollover composite flap valve is 4% bigger than the steel flap valve, its impact force is 9.6% smaller than steel flap valve, and opening angle of free suspended composite flap valve and covers composite flap valve is 10%~15% bigger than their steel flap valve, impact force of free suspended composite flap valve is 39.5% smaller than the steel flap valve, and covers composite flap valve is 28.5% smaller than the steel flap valve. This shows that, for the hydraulic performance, free rollover and composite material flap valve is worthy of praising.

    Conventional triaxial compression test is conducted to research the intact loess structural in Yang ling, Shaanxi province. We, based on the Duncan-Chang hyperbolic model, improve the structural parameters proposed by Shao Sheng-jun. It could avoid the tedious and inaccuracy when computes parameters in the artificial interpolation way, and furthermore overcomes the shortcoming of no meaning as ε1=0 and ε1=15%.Then on the basis of the above work, analyses the influence law of consolidate pressure and water content on structural characteristic of loess. The results show that: the structural parameters of unsaturated intact loess firstly decrease with strain increasing and then remain at a stable level. Under the same water content, the smaller the consolidate pressure, the greater the structural parameters and under the same consolidate pressure, the lower water content, the greater the structural parameters. Finally, after introduced the structural parameters into stress-strain relationship of the intact loess, better normalization of the stress strain curve is got, which shows that the structural parameters are reasonable and reliable.

    The experiments on the erosion-resisting characteristics of igneous rock fiber hydraulic concrete were carried out in the laboratory and the area of a strong-tide river mouth, the erosion-resisting characteristics of concrete mixing different contents igneous rock fiber had been researched. The results show that the erosion-resisting characteristics of concrete with igneous rock fiber can be improved; the better amount of igneous rock fiber is about 0.5% of the cement volume.

Through analysis of the test data and mathematical calculation to get the regression equation about the related witn fillers compaction degree, reinforcement spacing and initial moisture content, and test the conspicuousness about the equation and the influence factors are. Applying the equation to calculate the values of the in the else test conditions, the results show that the calculated values and experimental datas fit well, the equation can be used for initial calculation of the under many times freezing-thawing cycles, Also, according to the regression equation of the various factors on the analysis of the influence law, to provide theoretical reference for the engineering practice.     Abstract: This paper intends to test and verify SPSS can be applied in dam safety monitoring analysis through the regression analysis of a concrete gravity dam’s vertical displacement observation data. In this paper,the caculation of regression parameters together weith the statistical test of regression equation and the analysis of forecasting variance was completed automatically by SPSS’s multiple linear regression function,and the analysis conclusion shows that the influence factors of dam vertical displacement including temperature, water level and aging and they have different influence on dam deformation.

Based on the field data statistics and data analysis, this paper classifies karst sandification of dolomite macroscopically and analyses qualitatively the influence to rock mass quality. by taking diversion tunnel as an example and combining with rock mass structure characteristics in the karst sandification area,this paper introduce correction factor about the development degree of karst sandification and correct the method of hydropower engineering geological classification of rock mass. the model evaluation results coincide with the actual construction site and can provide the basis for the design and construction of underground cavities. the applicability of correction model is very good.

    In order to reduce the negative pressure occurred during the transition process, venting system is often set on the top of the tailrace tunnel in engineering practice. Yet the pressure-reducing effect, the impact on the flow state in the tunnel and the wind speed of the venting system are rarely studied so far. In this paper, via CFD simulation of large fluctuation considering whether or not there is a ventilation system, studying of the function of the tailrace venting is made which provides basis for the arrangement and optimization of the tailrace tunnel venting system.
