    Based on an analysis of the hydrogeological conditions on the plain area in Fangshan district of Beijing, the hydrogeological concept model was conceptualized as a 3-D heterogeneous, isotropic and unstable groundwater flow system. By using GMS(Groundwater Modeling System) software, numerical simulation of groundwater flow in this area is carried out. After identification and verification of the model, eight different scenarios were set up to analysis the changing in groundwater under the planning year, the best solution suitable for the sustainable development of groundwater in this area was found. The results show that the water table is best by moderate water-saving, the present planting structure and intensified reduction groundwater overexploitation(scenario 5). Compared with the water table in 2005, it will raise 3.55m and 5.86m respectively.

    Rational water allocation is the basis for maintaining the sustainable development. The different purposes of the upstream and downstream water allocation need to be considered for the water allocation of the Wohushan basin. This research when selecting multiple category indicators increased the index of water contribu- tion, as to coordinate the contradiction of water resources utilization and protection between the upstream and downstream area. Besides, this article conducted reasonable water allocation for different watershed areas using the fuzzy optimal selection model and integrating each level and each category, which based on the actual contribution to water quantity indexes of certain weight. This can protect the important supply water sources continue operation safely in Jinan city, lay the foundation for making the water dispatching plan for the Wohushan basin flood, and supply reference for carrying out similar researches in the inland areas.

    System dynamics is based on the theory of feedback control, mainly deals with higher-order, nonlinear, multiple feedback, time-varying complex system problems, widely used in water resources and urban water environmental planning. Scientific and rational water demand forecast is an important basis for planning socio-economic development scale and speed. Based on the status and development requirements for water resources and socio-economic, and aims to achieve water supply and demand balance, this paper creates a system dynamics model for water demand forecast. Through variable control, program design and assessment of water saving, provides us some decision-making information for water management. Studies show that, the model established is valid, can fully and objectively get good sustainability in social and economic development of Jining city.

    The groundwater monitoring network make effective management to the groundwater resources through getting groundwater information. This paper make Jinan springs as the study area,used the ordinary Kriging to optimize the density of the sixty-two monitoring points,the results show that the present monitoring network density is less .It increased eleven monitoring points by optimization in entire study area,and the monitoring frequency was one time five days.The optimization results was consistent with the hydrogeological conditions of Jinan.It provided some reference value for spring protection and water supply and water resources management in Jinan.

    The community structure of Phytoplankton and water quality on 10 sampling spots of the Ganjiang River were investigated in this study. Results showed that the level of chemical oxygen demand, and the total nitrogen were generally high. The maximum of conventional pollution indicators was found on the the upstream and downstream monitoring sections, and the minimum value was shown on the middle monitoring sections. Ganzhou is the one of severity water pollution monitoring sections in Ganjiang River. Concentration of heavy metals was gradually decreasing from upstream to downstream. There were 102 species of Phytoplankton, among which Cholorophyta, Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta were major phylum in the phytoplankton community, with 43 genera, 18 genera and 29 genera respectively. There were 12 dominant species pertaining to indicator species of α-mesosaprobic type and β-mesosaprobic type. Biodiversity and water quality assessment showed that Ganjiang river were moderate polluted.

    The release of nitrogen compounds from river sediment with high levels of dissolved oxygen (DO) statuses of overlying water that sampled from the Zhengzhou City were studied through a large simulating experiments. The results indicate that: Migration and transformation of nitrogen in water is nitrification and denitrification on high levels of DO. and the removal rate of ammonium and nitrogen is about 100%. Based on the above results, the results provide scientific basis for controling JiaLu river pollution, amd protecting surface water environment and ecosystem.

    Urban river system undertake many functions such as flood control and drainage, keeping ecological balance, regulating microclimate and so on, which play more and more important role for healthy and fast development of urban. In this paper, Shen bei new district is taken as a study area, the idea on comprehensive harnessing of river system is introduced from function orientation, regulation principle and harness objectives. Then the thought of ecological water system construction and landscape pattern, general layout and ecological control techniques are discussed in order to provide certain reference for other urban on comprehensive harnessing of river system.

    The technology of injection and supplementary irrigation is a kind of irrigation methods for drought that using the special injection and supplementary irrigation equipment inject water(or water fertilizer and physic liquor)to the root of crops and trees directly. It can protects the survival rate of crops and forestations in a very small amount of water, maximizes the utilization of water resources, Overcome the shortcoming of crop yield in the drought and shortage water season(dry season). water-saving effect of the technology and equipment could be improved with a combination of rainwater harvesting pits and mulching, the technology and equipment can combine with theRainwater-collecting cellar and plastic film mulching , which has many advantages including low investment, easy operation and low cost.

    For the shortage of agriculture water resources at arid areas in northwest China, in this paper, with Lop County in Xinjiang as an example, water saving is analyzed from the following aspects: planting structure adjustment and irrigation area change of crops, improvement of irrigation water utilization coefficient, and change of irrigation methods etc. The agricultural water supply and demand balance in the future is predicted and calculated. The prediction results show: the existing irrigation and drainage projects cannot meet the requirements of agricultural sustainable development. It is imperative to improve the utilization coefficient of irrigated water. The drip irrigation technology can great reduce the water demand of agricultural, and it is an effective measure to solve the contradiction of supply and demand of water. Finally, according to predication results, strategies are proposed for the shortage of agriculture water resources and sustainable development. The useful references are provided for the rational development and utilization of water resources in other areas.

    The operation and management of rural drinking water projects is poor economic benefit, and hard to maintain. Preferential policies of electricity price for rural drinking water project were introduced by governments at all levels in Zhejiang. But investigation showed the policies have not been performed in most of the projects, for policy of non-compulsory and profit-making of a few of the rural drinking water projects. Reducing the electricity price can largely reduce the cost of water production through analyzing and comparising of different scheme of electricity pricing. Suggested that the state develop laws and regulations in preferential electricity price for rural drinking water project, for promoting the long-term operation of rural drinking water safety project.

    According to the water-using features of adjacent countries, surface water quality standards used for drinking water between China and Russia are compared to analyze the influence to our country and the reasons causing the difference of standards. As a conclusion, water quality standard of Russia is stricter than the one of China, not only the index category but also the limited values of index. All work will serve for settling water quality conflicts of the international rivers between China and Russia due to the different water quality standards.

    Based on development of bulb tubular turbine hydropower stations home and aboard, this article makes analysis and calculation for bulb tubular turbine hydropower station by adopting methods of theoretical analysis, structural calculation, and numerical simulation. By simulating tensile and compressive strengths of each section of the flow channel, it proves conventional reinforcement can hardly satisfy local stress concentration occurred around cast seat. The analysis also indicates scale of internal force on flow channel baseboard has close relation with foundation parameters; the lower the foundation parameters, the larger tensile stress occurs on the baseboard. Calculation results of engineering baseboard shows large margin in thickness of floor board. To this end, the suggested optimization method for baseboard design of flow channel can effectively reduce thickness and reinforcement of the baseboard, and thus save project investment. The method shall have profound influence on structural design of flow channel for bulb tubular units.

    Drought is one of the worst natural disasters for economic and social. Encountering the century drought happened from 2009 to 2010 and fighting against drought in flood season at 2011, the drought has not been a simple probability problem. The drought is probably inevitable and will be long-standing. During the serious drought, Yunnan province achieved good results and got a lot of experience that be worth learning. Through this article, we summary the characteristics of drought and problem existed, based on the experience for fighting against drought in these years, then propose the basic recommendations and guidance for good work in future.

    RNG turbulent model and Sliding Mesh technology was applied to three types of submersible turbine pumps?? (non-guide vanes, straight-guide vanes and bending-guide vanes) for unsteady numerical simulation. Pressure pulsation details at monitored points were obtained. The results show that the three types of submersible turbine pumps have a similar effective head; the submersible turbine pump with the bending guide vane shows a higher efficiency and has good export streamline distributions; The three models all have the largest pressure pulse amplitude at the blade import; The guide vane rectifier reduces the pressure fluctuation caused by the rotating impeller and guide vanes of different shapes show different pressure fluctuation; The bending guide vane has a better rectifying effect.

    Nowadays,the current hydraulic design of submersible sewage pump is traditional and single, however mechanical seal leak problems still exist after operating underwater for a long time.Furthermore,the efficiency is not high, operation reliability is poor and accidents occur frequently. Therefore,the essay offers multi-operating condition hydraulic design method and double sealed chamber structure design of submersible sewage pump.The performance of the pump has been greatly optimized, operation reliability has been strengthened a lot.Meanwhile, the average efficiency is higher than the domestic similar products from 5% to 10%, and the energy saving effect is notable as well.

    The relative position of impeller and chamber has the unnegligible function in energy conversion of centrifugal pump, has a critical influence to pump’s performance. This article in the case of the basic parameters unchanged of centrifugal pump, changes the axial position of the impeller in the chamber. The influence of relationship between axial movement of impeller and performance of pump was analyzed through the numerical simulation. The result indicated that the centrifugal pump's head and shaft power reduce gradually,while the efficiency reduces slightly along with the impeller axial distance increases gradually.

    According to actual instance that the disc spring support circular pivot-pad thrust bearing is used in Lin-Hong Dong pumping station, this paper has discussed the novel structure form, the characteristics of installation and application, construction techno- -logy of lower throw and accurate adjustment the plane for stator were got through the comparison and analysis of three installation schemes, which were provided based on machining accuracy of parts, the influence of transportation on the accuracy of parts and installation condition and so on. The successful installation of twelve pump units shows the new installation technology can enhance installation quality, reduce the workload of installation and adjustment, shorten construction period and meet the requirement of the Standard.

    In this paper, based on the model of a specific parallel two-pump water supply system, the numerical simulation and quantitative analysis of water hammer of this water supply system were carried on, with emphasis on sensitivity analysis of water hammer. The results showed that: The effect of flow on the water hammer is significant, with the initial flow rate increasing, fluctuations of pressure is significantly increased; as the moment of inertia of centrifugal increases, the water hammer effect will be weakened; in the case of constant water supply, the increase of diameter of the pipeline will ease the water hammer pressure; In addition, the ways of the control valve closed will have a significant impact on the water hammer effect.

    No. 3 pump station in Jiangdu water conservancy project is the first reversible large pump station of China for dual-purpose of pumping and generating electricity. The specific application of the hydraulic model and the new technology of variable-frequency power generation of the TJ05-ZL-01, the new material of elastic metal plastic tile, the new process of five axis linkage CNC machine processing and bead weld etc. in pump parts in Jiangdu No. 3 pump station in the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project was generalized in this paper. Which ensured safe and reliable operation of the pump station, and displaied throughly the project benefit of pump station, reached the design objective of "first-class equipment and excellent performance" about renovation project of Jiangdu No. 3 pump station in the Eastern Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project. Practice has proved that the new technology and new material and new process in renovation project of Jiangdu No. 3 pump station is successful.

    In this paper, several different kinds of the finite element models of the aqueduct bodies have been created by using ANSYS Code. The numerical results indicate that the shell element can simulate the shear lag effect of the aqueduct body well in view of the accuracy of the engineering requirements. This paper discusses the shear lag effects of the simply-supported single-box and multi-box aqueduct bridges in detail by means of the numerical method, which results in obtaining the longitudinal normal stress distribution of the bottom and upper flange of the aqueduct bodies. According to the results of calculations, the cross section shape and width-span ratio of the aqueduct body are the main factors which have effects on the shear lag of the aqueduct body. The results of this paper can make a reference to the structural designs of aqueduct-bridges.

    Abstract: The height of RCC gravity dam of Qianchang hydroelectric power station is growing fast during the construction period, thus the temperature control is significant for the whole dam construction work. In order to solve the problem mentioned above, considering the results of concrete in-situ test and the local meteorological data, overflow section was chosen to analysis as typical section and seven temperature control plans were proposed. According to the results of 3D FEM simulation and analysis of each plan, and based on comprehensive analysis of the highest temperature, basic temperature difference, Excessive tensile stress range and value et al, the plan is referenced: control temperature of concrete placing is 20 centigrade degree and the temperature of cooling water is 16 centigrade degree, in this condition the result is good..

    Abstract: The scarcity of water in China is growing everyday, which requires us to allocate the limited water in a more reasonable way. Based on game theory, under the condition of water market, this study tries to establish a model of sequential games,which gives game playing analysis to the initial water right and water resource taxes,and then calculates the model by means of backward induction to the result of subgame perfect nash equilibrium,whose conclution is how to allocate the initial water right and makes out the quantity of the water resource taxes collection. Finally, a case study was used to show the building of the model and its solution, which gives a optimal strategy for water allocation.
