    Based on both single point-source infiltration experiment in natural soil, in Mizhi micro-irrigation base in the north of Shaanxi, and theoretical analysis, this paper studied the effects of discharge of emitter and irrigation duration on the shape, size and movement of wetting front. It also analyzed the law of soil water distribution and redistribution with different drip irrigation parameters. The results showed that the shape of wetting soil is similar to semiellipsoid and the infiltration length in both horizontal and vertical directions has a extreme significant power function relationship with infiltration time. Soil water content and the parameters of wetting soil have a extreme significant second power function relation, which could be used to describe the process of soil water distribution and redistribution of single point-source infiltration.

    In order to understand the patterns of water infiltration in furrow irrigation, the experiment was conducted to study two-dimension infiltration characteristics and effects in furrow irrigation, including the study of two-dimension infiltration process of irrigation furrow, characteristics of soil wetting front, total infiltration discharge, distribution of soil water capacity. The results revealed that increasing the water depth were beneficial to increasing horizontally lateral infiltration and concurrently reducing vertical infiltration but their bottom width only affected lateral infiltration other than vertical infiltration; when the width decreased, the vertical infiltration decreased. The ratio of the average horizontal infiltration depth and the maximum vertical infiltration depth on the condition of the smaller furrow bottom width is bigger than the bigger furrow bottom width in 40 cm depth. Reasonable furrow section is beneficial to reducing vertical infiltration depth and increasing horizontal infiltration depth. The best ratio of furrow bottom width and water depth is approximately 2 when irrigation furrow is in the form of trapezoidal cross section. The study results can provide reference for improving furrow irrigation technique.

    At the request of sustainable development strategy, How to improve our water resource and power resource management level and efficiency becomes an important subject for research. On the basis of analysis of actual situation of agricultural irrigation in our country, based on virtual bus technology, an irrigation water and power management system featured with remote automatic measurement and identification of the IC card is presented. Its topological way is introduced, its data transmission means and implementation of water-power controller、communication controller and center computer are illustrated in detail. Hardware circuit of communication controller is designed. According to simulation and experimental results, the wireless network can satisfy the communication request of agricultural irrigation, has certain practical and promotion value.

    In order to achieve the target for the remote monitoring of agriculture, which are diversity and complexity of the environment and other characteristics, the remote monitoring system of agricultural was developed. The functions of the multi-objective, the multi-parameter real-time collection, remote transmission and network query were achieved by using of the ZigBee, the GPRS and the network technology. The system of the strong versatility and scalability was widely used in the fields of environmental monitoring, the greenhouse of environmental monitoring and the circulation of agricultural products and other areas.

    The stone dam-based drinking water sources and reservoir-based drinking water sources were investigated in Lezhi County. Based on the comparative analysis of natural environment and water environment of the two types of drinking water sources, the integrated management of the water environment of the stone dam-based drinking water sources and reservoir-based drinking water sources were discussed.     Based on the survey data, the nitrogen and phosphorus load source of Bailu river is determined using export coefficient modeling, and the result is to be compared with one by using soil erosion equation to check it. And then, the pollutant source is analyzed in detail according to the result. Finally, the control measures to reduce the pollution are put forward, which is meaningful for the reconstruction after disaster, water source protection as well as water environment management for Bailu basin in Sichuan Province.

    A case study of Jilin City, the use of Hakanson's potential ecological risk index for heavy metals in surface soil to assess the potential ecological hazards. The results shows that the surface soil of Jilin City was polluted in different degrees by seven heavy metals, especially there are strong ecological hazard of Hg and moderate ecological hazard of Cd; The order of ecological hazard levels of different elements is: Hg>Cd>As>Cu>Pb>Cr>Zn; Generally speaking, the urban soil was of the middle and above average degree ecological hazard.

    In order to discover complex characteristics of regional hydrologic series, calculate correlate dimensions of each farm’s groundwater depth series by using saturation correlation dimension method and G-P gradual recursive algorithm in rhombus neighborhood, which is based on the groundwater depth data of eight farms of the Jiansanjiang Branch Bureau. Finally sort these dimensions of regional hydrological series’ complexity. The results show that the correlate dimensions of 17th team of Qinglongshan Farm is the biggest and the fluctuation of groundwater is the most complex. And the series’ complexity of 7th team of Qindeli Farm, 8th section of Honghe Farm weaker,1st team of 859 Farm is the weakest. The result provides a research model of hydrological processes’ complexity and a scientific proof of sustainable utilization of regional groundwater.

    Represented in Shenzhen, the city raw water dispatching system presents the characteristics of new urbanization. Based on analyzing the features of the raw water network, this paper used the weight coefficient method to make the big system decoupling and dimensional reduction, and determined the weight coefficient of the factories’ water demand and the reservoirs’ water diversion quantity reasonably which could quantify the relationship between the subsystems. On the basis of the above, a big system hierarchical structure model was established, and its optimization solution was obtained by the iterative optimization of weight coefficient. Simulation results show that this model can guarantee the security of this city’s water supply, which proves the model is practical, and is efficient in economic aspect comparing with the actual operation cost. In conclusion, the model can provide guidance for the practical dispatch.

    Contrast studied water utilization efficiency Yunnan province with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of presented principles and computing method of the two methods, and established the evaluation index system and determined the judgment matrix ,got the indexes’ weight calculated by the two methods.It shows that the results of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is better.According to the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,got the weight of each index and ordered the indexs according to their importance and got the value of water resource utilization efficiency evaluation. The result shows that the highest and lowest water resource utilization efficiency in Yunnan province is Qujing and Dehong and the utilization efficiency is not high,and put forward some suggestions according to the weight of each index.

    By using the standard k ~ ε turbulence model simulation and VOF method to track the free surface of the northern Xinjiang small hollow groove under the inverted siphon flows in different three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow field. The Q = 14.00m3 / s and Q = 16.35 m3 / s in both cases the surface elevation and the import and export siphon prototype observation data for comparison, the results show that the numerical simulation results and measured data are basically consistent. Inverted siphon inlet vertical vortex, in order to avoid this situation, you should be run in the case of high water ,you can reduce the inlet flow velocity and water turbulence kinetic energy.

    Based on the analysis of physical properties of soil and composition of clay mineral,the dispersivity of the dam soil samples in Tianzigang Reservoir and Xuanmen secondary reclamation project are studied by by crumb test , pinhole test, and double-hydrometer test, and the results are analyzed and compared to each other. The results show that All test soil samples are dispersive clay and the mineral arouse its dispersion is illite;synthetical discrimination method is better than simple discrimination method in identifying dispersive clay. The process to distinguish the dispersive soil is also given.

    Because of complex geological conditions, and many uncertain factors, geological survey data are not sufficient to provide all the stratigraphic information, and the reliability of high slope prestressed anchor protection project design directly affects the safety and stability of high slope, thus , in order to achieve the rationality of the design, it should combined with the geological survey data for prestressed anchor basic test to determine the optimal design to achieve safety and economic purpose.     Reservoirs safety are relation of people's livelihood, involving thousands of families,are critical infrastructure to protect national economy and people's livelihood. In the reservoirs construction and management process, there is a phenomenon:Emphasis on building,and neglect management. there are lack of effective assessment system in the daily management of the reservoirs. Through development and implementation of reservoir management assessment, it provides a basis to comprehensively, systematicly, scientificly assess the management level of reservoirs. It is a urgent need to strengthen and improve the management level of the reservoirs. This paper describes the meaning of reservoir management assessment, significance and principles, based on the analysis of reservoir management assessment practice within and outside Zhejiang Province, then put forward some countermeasures on how to strengthen the assessment mechanism of reservoir management in Zhejiang Province.

    Abstract: To achieve high crack resistance and high impermeability of precast concrete u-type canal, Combined with bing-yang na-hong reservoir irrigation district, Polypropylene fiber and fly-ash were added to achieve high crack resistance and high impermeability of precast concrete u-type canal, It is found that, when 20% dosage of fly-ash and 0.9kg/m3 dosage of polypropylene fiber were used, the crack resistance and impermeability can significantly increased, economic benefit is notable.

    From the perspective of reservoir immigrants, research on reservoir immigrants’ cognitive of poverty risks and coping strategies by using the survey method. The study found that immigrants generally aware of various poverty risks, especially the economic risks. In addition to recourse to the government, they have a little strategies to cope with risks. Therefore, the level of trust in government directly affects the future development of confidence. The study suggested that the government should enhance the trust between the government and immigrants; improve the resettlement compensation policies; focus on immigration's economic development; improve the safety net system of immigration.

    This article describes the actualities of watering resource, water supply quality and water supply factory in east area of Canzhou, and it also analysis the idle water supply capacity of water treatment plant. It puts forward the idea that Dalangdian Reservior and Yangcheng Reservior as water supply resource, the existing basic equipment as support, water treatment plant as water treatment center, relying on the water supply network to surrounding users and water distribution plant. This scheme optimizes water resources allocation and breaks the presents administrative divisions and re-carve up to 11 sections of 4 areas, it carrys out uniform attemper management and urban-rural integration network of water supply.     Last three years, seasonal drought in south china has seriously harmed the harmonious and healthy development of our social and economic. Analysis of seasonal drought will be useful to cope with drought and reduce the drought disaster. The causes and characteristics of seasonal drought and the drought response were analyzed in this paper. Less rainfall and high temperature, which caused by anomaly climate changes, is the main reason of season drought, imperfect water conservancy facilities aggravated the drought damage. In the future, drought resistant function of water conservancy facilities should be continually played, at the same time, vigorously promote the water projects construction to ensure water available; enforce management and allocation of water resources to realize rationalize water use; generalize water-saving technology to improve the water utilization rate.

    In order to find out main reasons leading to inundation of part of farmland in Shuinan village in Conghua City, hydrological data in the little basin and capacity-elevation relation of inundated area were analyzed. Based on results about the effect of flood in Liuxi River and Niuxinling Power Station downstream on water levels of the reach at inundated area, flood inversion was achieved distinctly. Rising extent of water level at inundated area can reach 2.74 m by using average rainfall data recorded respectively at Daao and Taipingchang station without taking into account of drainage by culverts. Water level rising in inundated area experienced two times while the first was caused by no enough discharge capacity of culverts compared with hurry runoff and another was flood reaching in Liuxi River leading to no discharge from culverts. Part of flood water in Liuxi River entered into inundated area from the unblocked culvert and lead to a maximum extra water level rising of about 0.23 m, while contribution of Niuxinling Power Station downstream was rather little.
