    Abstract: For the irrigation pipe network optimization network layout and the choice of the diameter, we use the Kruskal algorithm combining the engineering experience to design a minimum spanning tree in pursuit of the minimum investment objectives. In order to ensure the availability of the Kruskal algorithm, using the distance between nodes as an important parameters to participate in solving the minimum spanning tree. Than compared the result to simily spanning tree. Case study shows that the method can overcome the shortcomings of local optimal solution and can quickly find the optimization solutions for the real project.

    This paper concerns an experiment dealing with the influence from conservation tillage managements to the seedling stage of corn in arid region in northeast of China. The processing scheme of the experiment involves five kinds which is surface-pulverize covering、compacted covering、stubble covering、strip mulch and stubble complete covering. Compared with the traditional farming methods, conclusion is obtained that how the conservation tillage managements works on the rate of emergence of corn、the amount of water stored in soil and the geothermal temperature during the seedling stage. The experimental result shows: the influence to the rate of emergence of the five kinds varies: influence of shallow-loosening is the least, influence of stubble complete coverage is largest; the amount of water stored in soil during winter from rainfall is also different, which is that the amount of stubble complete coverage is the most but all is more than that of the traditional farming methods; the geothermal temperature of the five kind is lower than the compared one except that of shallow-loosening.

    As a very important part of the water resources, the groundwater resources have important significance for the social and economic development. In this paper, a typical irrigation region in Shanxi is chosen as research object. In the process of establishing TOPSIS model, the evaluation index is weight determined objectively by entropy weight,then it improves the TOPSIS model by introducing the concept of “vertical dimension” to taking the place of the euclidean distance in the traditional TOPSIS model, afterward it uses the improved TOPSIS model to evaluate the groundwater resources carrying capacity, the results show that, there are differences in the groundwater resources carrying capacity of each subarea ,but the whole irrigation region has a less potential ,and it puts forward some measures of increasing the groundwater resources carrying capacity.The achievements has important significance for sustainable utilization of groundwater resources in this area.

    For the dry season runoff prediction, this paper proposes a new method. By using a data processing method of ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD), this thesis is to achieve a multi-level、multi-time scale decomposition of dry season runoff time series and to obtain a simple and stable patterns of good inherent component (IMF). Meanwhile And the analysis of the data has also been done by radial basis function (RBF ) artificial neural network. Using this method in the Miyun and Panjiakou Reservoir for examples, the analysis of the dry season reservoir inflow by this method and the results compared with that of the EMD method have been stated in this thesis. According to the results, this paper has a better accuracy and enhancement in the performance.

    The process of runoff-producing and flow concentration is affected by surface conditions, rainfall intensity, duration, soil moisture and other factors, Using three different underlying surface materials of SBS (roofing materials), impervious tiles (sidewalk paving materials) and grass, rainfall experiments are conducted. The results show that, for the poor permeability of the underlying surface (SBS, impervious tiles), main factors are the rainfall intensity, duration,and duration is longer, rainfall intensity is greater, the runoff coefficient is greater. For the better permeable land surface (grass), pre-soil moisture content is the main factors affecting. Experiment also shows that the grass cover is greater than 80%, runoff coefficient is reduced significantly. The mathematical relationships of rainfall duration and Runoff coefficient, rainfall intensity and runoff coefficient, flow and runoff coefficient are made. The results have important reference value and practical significance for urban water resources utilization.

    Surface evaportranspiration has been highly valued by hydrology, meteorology, hydraulic engineering, ecology, agronomy and other related disciplines. The results of partitioning ET was thought as the foundation of hydrological calculation, irrigation management, yield estimation, soil moisture forecast and engineering construction. This paper goes from the view of determination methods of ET,E and T,and make a comprehensive review of research progress about evaportranspiration partitioning methods and its latest research progress at home and abroad. Finally, it put forward the problems and directions of evaportranspiration determine and partitioning methods in the future.

    From the perspective of control greenhouse gas emission, low-carbon riparian zone is defined and comprehensively studied. The construction procedures and approaches of low-carbon riparian zone contains three levels of low-carbon substrate, low-carbon mode and low-carbon direction, gives a scientific guidance for river engineering. It’s appropriate to revise the comprehensive evaluation method and creat a multi-objective optimization model. The study provides some technical references for the restoration of the damaged riparian zone of river in the days to come.

    In view of the existing situation of water shortage and ecological environment deterioration, this paper established a reservoir ecological operation model, in which the period of ten days is the operational period during flood season and a month during non-flood season. Three scenarios of joint operation are proposed and solved by progressive optimization algorithm method. According to the results, on the condition that each water user’s present need is satisfied, the discharge in each control section can meet the ecological flow demand.

    This paper takes the Fenhe River’s south segment in Taiyuan city as study object. It takes the material of actual water quality as a base, applies single pollution index, comprehensive pollution index to give the studied river a water quality evaluation. Applying the rate of pollution loads, it analyzes the main factors causing the river black and stink and contribute rate of various branches to pollution. Based on the monitor result and the polluted factors analysis, the multiple linear regressions index model of rivers’ black and stink is established. Using the technic of Matlab programme for multiple linear regressions, it determines the parameters of the rivers’ black and stink index model. According to the ration graduation of black and stink’s degrees, it uses measured data to confirm the model and establishes a suitable black and stink index model of the Fenhe River’s south segment in Taiyuan city. Based on the black-odor model of Fenhe River’s south segment in Taiyuan city, it does quantitative researches on the time and spatial distribution of black and stink , providing a basis for analyzing the causes of black-odor.

    This paper takes the ETM remote sensing images in 2000 and CBERS images in 2009 as the main data source to analyze land use changes in the northern of Sanjiang Plain in 2000-2009 with GIS. The aim of this paper is to provide a basis for optimizing the allocation of land and water resources and sustainable agricultural development in the region. The main conclusions are as follows: Cultivated land, especially paddy fields increased substantially, while residential and mines land increased slight, the others land especially unused land reduced. Reclamation rate increased from 50.56% in 2000 to 67.26% in 2009. The main courses of land change included that wetlands was artificially drained into the grass and then cultivated into farmland and forestland and beach land were cultivated into farmland. There were significant regional differences in the process of land change. Unused land (mainly wetlands) was cultivated and residential and mine land increased rapidly in the eastern region. Forestland, grass land and beach land were cultivated into farmland in the north-west. There was comprehensive land reclamation in the southwest.

    The southern Jiangsu province area is located in Yangtze River Delta, which is one of the most developed areas in China. With the development of industry, agriculture and urbanization, the problems of water pollution have become serious, and water environment has been destroyed. Qian qiao surface flow constructed wetland project, this project is combined sewage treatment in rural areas with the river ecological restoration project. By using the combined process of “biological paling purifying ditch/ biological aerated filter/ surface wetland technology/ ecological embankment” to treat the swage, the concentration of CODCr, TN, TP and NH3-N in the effluent, all can meet the GB18918-2002 1B discharge standard. The operational fee is only 0.119 yuan per ton of wastewater. The project will eventually be widely applied in the southern Jangsu province.

    The internal flows in a vertical vane self-priming pump under design condition were investigated by using the CFX with the large eddy turbulence model. The relative velocity distribution and pressure distribution of the interior flow were obtained and analyzed,The performance curve was obtained through CFD calculations, which show good agreements with experimental results. Compare CFD predictions and experimental results, it can be proved that the large eddy simulation is more accurate in calculating the vertical vane self-priming pump, which could provide a reference for the design of these pumps.

    To study the impeller geometric parameters’ impact on the self-priming performance of self-priming centrifugal pump, refer the orthogonal experimental method, select the blade outlet angle, leaf number and wrapping angle of blade three factors designed nine kinds of impeller programs. Using FLUENT software predicted external characteristics of the various programs, and numerical simulate the steady self-absorption process to compare the advantages and disadvantages of self-priming performance, analyze the selected geometric parameters’ impact order on the self-sunction performance of self-priming pump , provide a reference for the design of self-priming centrifugal pump .

    Based on the experiment early strength water-reducing admixture and superplasticizer with different strength grade of fly ash concrete compressive strength, the results show that: the influence of the adding early concrete strong by water dose (0~1%) in early concrete strength, increased significantly, and post strength also have increases, when the fly ash content is 20%, early strength water-reducing admixture for 0.8% ,the strength of concrete is the maximum; Concrete adding superplasticizer (0~1%) inside, when fly ash content is 25%, superplasticizer for 1.0% ,the strength of concrete is the maximum.

    Based on the tail plane gate of Guangzhou pumped storage power station plant B, a finite element model is built mainly using shell elements. The software NASTRAN is applied to calculate the stress and deformation of the gate. The intensity and stiffness of the gate is checked according to the standard, and it is demonstrated that, when using engineering algorithm, the calculation of main beam’s buckling and shearing stress is effective but the calculation of deformation and stress at complicated positions is limitative. The virtual fluid mass method is introduced to analyze the gate’s natural-vibration characteristics which are influenced with water. The result illustrates that the effect of fluid-solid coupling can’t be neglected and different mode shapes have different degree of impact. In addition, the anti-vibration can be strengthened through adding more constraints to the gate.

From the relationship between the eddy, the sediment particle size and the two cavitation erosion mechanical failure model and the destroy conformation of cavitation erosion and abrasion, analyzing the cavitation erosion failure and discuss the relationshiop between the sediment particle size and the cavitation and cavitation erosion. Combining with the turbine erosion of the Three Gorges Hydropower Plant(TGHP), getting the different sediment particle size has the different mechanisms of the erosion damage. What is more, when the bubble collapses in the sediment flow for CTGP, cavitation erosion and abrasion is existence and university, and they coupled together result in the leaf damage.

    This article mainly introduces the arrangement of monitoring control network of Wuchuan County rolled concrete double-curvature arch sandbank hydroelectric station in Guizhou Province.     This paper analyzes three kinds of classical general contracting transaction models based on the present situation of the general contracting transaction of hydraulic projects, and subdivides them according to practical needs. It establishes a new decision-making index system, and proposes to use intuition fuzzy selection method instead of the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the decision-making practice of the general contracting transaction models of hydraulic engineering projects and to translate the decision information into accurate real numbers by the intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregation operators (IFWA), then to sort the optional schemes.     Distribution of water resource in Shandong province is uneven, and the seriouswater shortage in this region has become one of the important factors which restrict the socio-economic sustainable development. To address this problem, input-output analysis method as well as input-output and water use data were adopted in this article to measure virtual water trade in Shandong province. New calculation method wasadvanced during the study, the result of computation was discussed from the angles of different industries and time, and advices for water resource allocation and industrial restructuringwere put forward. It was indicated from the research conclusions that studyon virtual water and virtual water trade have important theoretical and practical significance to relieve the problem of water shortage in Shandong province and to realizethe sustainable development of ecological environment and social economy in the new period.

    The effect of flood in Liuxi River and Niuxinling Power Station downstream on water levels of the reach at inundated area was researched to hunt for flooded reasons by the methods of field exploring, analysis of hydrological and terrain data, mathematical model and flood routing. It shows that there is about 2.6 h needed for flood reaching the reach at inundated area from Daao dam upstream. It’s very easy for flood in Liuxi River entering into inundated area between 4 AM to 12 AM on 7 May from a culvert unblocked for higher water level in the river. There was about 0.05 m backwater in the river at inundated area when there were only 4 gate holes for flood discharge with one closed at Niuxinling Power Station.

    The flood control management of estuary is always a difficult problem. According to the existing prominent problems in the estuary of the Yihe river into the Luoma lake, a new way of the flood control management in estuary was put forward after continuous exploration and research for the management measures. The comprehensive management scheme such as taking excavation of the central stream channel, finishing beach and destroying reed, farming instead of clear, filling depression and reinforcing levee,is adopted,the effect is very obvious,and some further management ideas were put forward.
