    The potted experiment in a circumstance with lower initial soil salt content and less rainfall for leaching, was conducted to analyze the relationship between salt stresses at different growing stages, growth status and physiological index of cotton, and the salt tolerance index and associated salt tolerance eigenvalue of cottton were achieved under an alternative irrigation with fresh and saline water at different growing stages. The results showed that the relative plant height increment can be used as the salt tolerance index of growing stage at the square stage(AL)and at the blossoming and boll forming stage(AH), the relative leaf area increment can be used as the salt tolerance index of growing stage at the AL, AH and at boll opening stage(AT),relative boll numbers can be used as the salt tolerance index of the whole growing period at the AL and AH, as well as the relative leaf area can be used as the salt tolerance index of the whole growing period at the AT under the alternative irrigation with fresh and saline water. Under the condition of yield decreased by 10%, soil salinity of cotton growing stage at AL and AH should be controlled at below 0.277% and 0.584% respectively and the soil salinity at the end of growing period should be less than 0.486% and 0.754% respectively. Irrigating saline water at the AH can utilize more saline water than irrigating at the AL and AT.

    By presetting threshold of soil matric potential(-10kPa, S1; -20kPa, S2; -30kPa, S3; -40kPa, S4)to control the timing of the irrigation cycle with vacuum tensiometers buried at 20cm depth under emitter, field experiments were carried out to investigate the effect of soil matric potential on the growth of tomato under mulch drip irrigation in solar greenhouses in 2010. The results showed that the plant height and LAI of tomatoes increased with the increasing of soil matric potential. The higher soil matric potential lead to the increase of fruit yields, and the highest irrigation water use efficiency were achieved with the soil matric potential of -30kPa. The content of the vitamin C increased with the increasing of soil matric potential. The sugar content of the fruit had nothing to do with the soil matric potentia. From the viewpoint of high yield, good fruit quality and water saving, the soil matric potential for tomatoes in the solar greenhouse was suggested from -20 to -30kPa.

    To achieve water-saving and higher production of winter wheat in dry-land region of western Henan province, effects of different straw mulching quantity on water consumption ,grain yield and water use efficiency (WUE) in three irrigation models were studied ,by straw mulching experiments .The results show that, with the increase in quantity of straw mulching ,the increase of 1000-grain weight, grain yield and grain numbers are promoted greatly, and the numbers increase of spikelet in every hectare is restrained. Compared three times irrigation with four times irrigation, the grain yield and WUE of three irrigation increased by 2% and1.6% respectively with straw mulching quantity increased, and water consumption decreased by 4% which achieve the goals of water-saving and high yield . Water consumption and WUE are increased with different straw mulching in two times irrigation, but the change of grain yield is not obviously. The best suggestion of experiments is three times irrigation and mulch 4500kg/hm2 straw.

    In order to determine appropriate irrigation quota and use mode of cotton under drip irrigation with brackish water, the paper studied the effect of irrigation quota and use mode on soil salinity in root zone and yeild of cotton under drip irrigation with brackish water through test-pit experiment, the results showed that: under drip irrigation with brackish water the salt accumulation around root zone is less when irrigation quota is 525.00~675.00 mm, the yield of cotton is higher when irrigation quota is 475.00~564.29.00 mm;compared with direct irrigation with brackish water of 3.00g/L, the salt accumulation range in root zone is less and the yield is higher when using brackish water of 1.08g/L,the next is alternate irrigation with 1.08g/L and 3.00 g/L. Finally through comprehensive consideration it was determined that the appropriate irrigation quota range of cotton under drip irrigation with brackish water was 525.00~564.29 mm, the area can consider to use brackish water with low salinity to irrigation directly or alternate irrigation with brackish water of low salinity and high salinity where freshwater resources was short or rare but brackish water resources was rich relatively.

    The electro-flotation process was used to treat the eutrophic lake water. The results indicated that, under the conditions of inflow rate 6 L/h, temperature 30℃, plate spacing 0.6 cm, current intensity 1.2 A, 4 electrode boards, 24-hour continuous operation, the average removal of Chl-a can reach 89.01%. The equipment ran stablly and reliably. It provided valuable reference for the treatment of the algae in eutrophic lake water.

    Based on 218 groundwate samples in the Hun River alluvial fan and 33 chemical compositions of samples, the final comprehensive results show that shallow groundwater quality is characterized by weak acid, low salinity and hard water. Five water types accounte for over 50%. Application of SPSS, the Factor Analysis is used to analyze the thirtythree index reflecting the shallow groundwater quality. The significant factors, namely basic factors, the metal factor, agriculture factors and organic factors are quantitative filtered out, and the four common factors are closely related to human activities.

    In this paper, the fuzzy linear regression model with normal fuzzy number as its coefficient is applied in analyzing the pumping experiment data and the inversion problem of aquifer parameters. On the ground of simplified Theis formula, obfuscate the parameters in classical linear regression, set up the fuzzy linear regression model to evaluate the aquifer parameters, then the range of aquifer parameters in a certain confidence level is obtained by means of the -cut technique in the fuzzy set. Finally, the calculation results show that this method is reliable and feasible. Meanwhile, in different confidence level , the calculation results of the parameters have some changes, but they are very small. So the method presented in this paper is stable and offers a new way to evaluate the aquifer parameters.

    Abstract: Through conventional triaxial shear strength test, the influential effect of curing period (0day, 7days, 14 days, 28 days)on the shear strength is analyzed and studied when the chlorine saline soil is improved by fly ash and the notion of time effect of strength’s change is put forward. The results of the study indicate that: fly ash-improved chlorine saline soil’s shear strength will increase with the prolongation of curing period; with the curing period goes by, the binding force’s variation trend is to decrease first and then increase gradually; the friction angle’s variation trend is up-down-up, and the later rangeability is not big. It further explains and proves the feasibility of using fly ash to improve the chlorine saline soil’s engineering properties.

    The technology of rubber dam has been widely used in the construction of low water一head flood retarding project. The practice in the respects of water conservancy, hydraulic power, water transportation, urban construction etc. has proved its strong vitality. Designing of water control system in rubber dam is the main design element. This paper optimizes the design in charging and collapsing dam to control the time of calculation and collapsing dam in way of rational choice by analyzing the project example and determine the cut-off point between gravity drainage and drainage pumps to control of the opening time of pump motor reasonably. Easy to control and engineering operation and save investment the paper simplifies the full drain line. The optimal design of drainage system of North City rubber dam will provide sufficient drainage design reference for similar projects of rubber dam.

    Based on the Jiangpinghe spillway tunnel and through simulation calculation of FEM, the temperature and stress fields of lining concrete which is suffering cold wave without surface protection is compared with the temperature and stress fields while there is surface protection, and confirm the effect of surface protection for the import and export part of Jiangpinghe spillway tunnel ,which provides reference for similar projects.

    Abstract:Refer to the general research methods in jet pump, numerical simulated the performance in different nozzle-to-throat clearance and area ratio of gas-liquid jet pump which working fluid is gas but drainage fluid is liquid. Keep the working gas pressure and the head of jet pump in a fixed value, and take the ability in drainage fluid flow of jet pump as a reference data, and determine the best nozzle-to-throat clearance and area ratio of gas-liquid jet pump. The results show that nozzle-to-throat clearance and area ratio parameters have great influence on the ability of the gas-liquid jet pump, and while the nozzle-to-throat clearance is 1 times of nozzle diameter and the area ratio is 4, the gas-liquid jet pump has maximum flow, is 0.6L/Min. And the numerical results and experimental results were compared, indicating that numerical calculation is reliable.

    In the centrifugal pump design, the balance of axial force is a key problem. There are a lot of methods about axial thrust balance now. In this paper, it will carry out two conditions of the pump with back blade and the pump without back blade by CFD software Fluent6.2 and the numerical simulation on BQS100-60-37 is carried out. The pressure distribution of rotor under two conditions and accurately axial force of rotor are simulated. In case of the pump without back blade, the axial thrust direction is opposite to the direction of water velocity in inlet, when with the back blade, it is same direction. Achieve the conclusion that back blade can balance the axial force.

    The performance parameters of time-average basic performance equation of pulsed liquid jet pump are studied innumerical methods. The change law and influence on performance of throat tube inlet function is quantitatively analyzed. The conclusion is obtained that pulse jet could mainly make fluid of throat tube outlet more fully mix and optimal working parameters of liquid jet pump better improve. Also, change law of throat tube inlet function shows the reason why pulse liquid jet pump could improve performance, mainly to increase the entrainment rate.

    Abstract: This paper describes the development of wind farm and its current situation. The concept of wind penetration limit is introduced. The necessity of wind penetration limit is analyzed.The optimization model of calculating the wind penetration in the condition of static security constrains is build. The upper and lower limit of the active power of conventional generator and the upper limit of the capacity of branch transmission power are included in this model. The prime affine scaling algorithm of interior point methods is used in the process of solving the mathematic optimization model. Finally, the models when the different nodes connected to wind farm according to IEEE9 are calculated and analyzed by programming in the method introduced in this paper.

    Abstract: According to stress and displacement data monitoring during excavation of a hydropower project’s underground powerhouse, back analysis of rock mass parameters during practical excavation process is done. Found that mechanical property of rock mass is lower than that of suggested value presented investigation, that deformation parameters of rock mass is higher than that of suggested value presented investigation, which illustrates limitation of testing parameters, being a strong empirical value. Back analysis is a good way to obtain actual rock and soil parameters.

    Micro hydropower is an economic, convenient and environmental friendly renewable energy. However due to shortage of research funds and the scale effect, micro hydropower is of low efficiency and development ratio. Because of the fact that the micro hydropower distribution is consistent with the rural power requirement, as well as the analysis of the current exploration situation for the micro hydropower in developed countries, we draw a conclusion that it is essential to explore micro hydropower. This article also introduces some research progresses with independent intellectual property rights in the 11th five-year planning period: index system of feasibility evaluation and comprehensive economic benefit analyses, the household assembled water diversion system, optimal design and spectrum of micro turbine, planning and information management decision support systems, as well as integrated unit. The said researches largely improved the efficiency of the unit and developed the micro hydropower technology. By the analysis of the natural complementation of wind, solar and hydropower, it can be seen that joint exploration and pumped-storage station are the important measures to improve service reliability.
