    Tthe Mann-Kendall trend method was adopted to study the runoff in the Longchuanjiang River basin. Based on the MIKE BASIN software technical desktop was studied the reasonable project of water resources allocation in the Longchuanjiang river basin.The results show that in recent 50 years the precipitation increases,but being under the influence of mankinds’s activity,such as the water conservancy constructed and the total agriculture irrigation quato increased in unrainy season, changes the distribution of the annual runoff,thus results the runoff decreases. In order to solve the supply and demand antinomy of water resources,must to draw up the most stritly economy measure uesed water resources,protecting water resources,constuct new water conservancy, such as QingShanzui etc,and the most important is adjusting water resources from the Jinshajing river basin to Longchuanjiang river basin.

    Based upon brief introduction of hydrogeological conditions three exploiting plans are primarily selected: tube well, gallery and seepage well. The model of pure seepage has been used to calculate the reasonable yield of tube well, and the model of coupled seepage and pipe flow has been used to calculate the reasonable yield of gallery and seepage well. Contrastive analysis through these three exploiting plan, the best exploiting plan has been chosen, and the newly added reasonable yield is also proposed, which is significant for the reasonable exploitation of groundwater in this region.

    For variety factors,runoff series has a very complex change characteristics. If we use conventional methods to predict it directly, the accuracy is generally not very high. If we decompose the runoff series into more simple series, next we use nonlinear prediction methods to predict it, its accuracy will be improved. In this paper, wavelet analysis’ multi-resolution decomposition function was used to decomposed the runoff sequences, it can reduce runoff series’ complexity factor. It used PSO to optimize the network parameters of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system; it can improve the precision determination of structure parameters. It used wavelet analysis and PSO optimized ANFIS combined model to forecast runoff. The example shows the model can improve the accuracy of runoff prediction, the prediction result is better.

    Over-exploitation of groundwater has caused continuous decline in groundwater levels in southern Boxing County,and some area has formed a certain scale of depression cone.A numerical model of this area was built by using the GMS and used to predict the groundwater level of 2020.By analyzing the past,the present and the future of the groundwater flow field,the result shows that the groundwater level of the next ten years still keeps decreasing.

    Abstract: Water-level monitoring is an important daily work to the ministry of water resources, It is an important significance thing to measure and analyse the data of water level for the work of hydrological forecasting and water regulation and control. According to the stepper motor features,stepper motor is used as a sensor power and data acquisition components. Through the flywheel to improve sensor accuracy and torque transmission, it has a certain innovative to use the active water-level measurement in the field of water-level information collection. Active water level measurement accuracy can be effectively improved by mechanical design optimization and control theory research, it has a great application prospects for the water-level in the river and reserviors.

    At present, non-point source pollution,especially agricultural non-point source pollution has been particularly significant,so this study on agricultural non-point source pollution in Quanyong watershed has important realistic meaning and theoretic value.The Liaohe source area—Quanyong watershed was selected as the case study.By application of AnnAGNPS model, Quanyong watershed of upstream (Quanyong river) and downstream (Huizhong river) load simulation and estimation the waters of agricultural non-point pollution load simulation and estimation in march to October. Through the ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants field monitoring and modeling estimation , the results reveal that AnnAGNPS model of ammonia nitrogen has good simulation result , error control in less than 15%;the results of Total phosphorus shows that the error of Simulation results more larger. The simulation results sounded well,and the minimum and maximum deviations are 1.37% and 36.36% seperately. The author proposed that the fessibility study of the AnnAGNPS model in Quanyong watershed has made an attemptation in applying the AnnAGNPS in the cold areas in North China.

    To avoid the non-uniformity of different indexes-based assessment results and to raise the assessment precision, a new projection pursuit interpolation model(PSO-PPGE) is developed for water quality assessment based on projection pursuit, pso algorithm, logistic curve, and a great deal of sampled data created by Monte Carlo method from the assessment standards, and the detailed modeling steps for PSO-PPGE were also given. In this paper, the model was used to assess the water quality of Fuhe River basin. 11 representative sections in Fuhe River basin Fourteen monitoring points were taken, and 7 monitoring indexes such as the CODcr, TP, NH3-N, TN, volatile phenol, petroleum pollutants and fecal coliform were utilized as assessment items. The application in Fuhe river shows that the PSO-PPGE is an effective and practical way for assessment of water quality; it can not only intuitionistically reflect the actual circumstances of representative sections, but also can analyze the contaminated degree. It has a practical value for assessment of other environmental quality.

    Abstract: the turbid flow isolation device---shuttle-conical tube used to mix water sediment separation.adopting uniform orthogonal to investigate influence of ring tube spacing, nto the flow, cone angle and bottom outlet aperture to water consumption and surface loading rate.By PPR and range analysis,the results show that the impact of water consumption rate of primary and secondary ranked as the bottom outlet aperture, into the flow, cone angle and cone ring tube spacing; the impact of the main parameters of the surface loading rate ranked as the bottom outlet aperture, into the flow, cone spacing and cone ring tube angle.Experimental factors to consider water consumption rate and surface loading rate affect the degree of influence and their role in the separation of the size of optimized device parameters,It show when the cone ring spacing 2cm, into the flow 14.5cm3 / s, angle 60 ° and the bottom aperture 2mm, the water consumption rate of the minimum, maximum surface loading rate.

    Economic and social development of the Binhai New Area in Tianjin has been upgraded to a national strategy in China. However, water resources per capita in this region is only 160m3, which is less than the world’s average water shortage criterion, and coupled with the instability in future regional precipitation, uncertain factors in the inter-basin water transfer projects and unexpected emergencies, water supply security issues will be a matter of social and economic concern in the sustainable development of this region. Considering the current water supply situation and existing problems, and the hydrogeological conditions in the Binhai New Area, several strategies are proposed to establish the water supply security assurance system for the Binhai New Area: (1) Improving the real-time monitoring of the water supply field, water transfer pipelines and facilities; (2) Developing backup water supply fields in case of emergencies, including the water supply field with daily supply capacity of 140,000 m3 occupying the fresh water region in the north parts of Jixian, Qilihai, Huanggangwa and Tuanwa regions, and the deep groundwater supply field with daily supply capacity of 45,000 m3 under the Binhai New Area; (3) Gradually expanding the scale of seawater purification and improving utilization of rainwater resources, expecting to reach to 1.3 million m3/d of seawater desalination for domestic use and 0.1 billion m3 of storage capacity for rain and flood water resources by 2020; (4) Improving the long-term planning of multi-channel water supply system and emergency plans. The ultimate goal is to provide sufficient water supply for the sustainable development of the Binhai New Area.

    Abstract:A method of data acquisition system based on GPS and serial communication is proposed,using VB6.0 to write data acquisition software,reading GPS data throug the RS232 serial port,extracting $GPRMC,displaying canal location information, speed, real-time date and time and giving an example of the canal location information collected. The results show that the system is accurate, quick, convenient, etc, which has a certain practical value on the canal plan.

    Abstract: People's Victory Canal is the first large-scale irrigation project that diverts water from the Yellow River in it’s lower reach. As a milestone in the history of dealing with the Yellow River by the Chinese people, the successful construction of this project put the long history reviewed as "full of disasters brought by the Yellow River with Hetao Area as the only beneficiary" to the end, and a new era of irrigation with water diverted from the Yellow River in it's lower reach was thus opened. During a period of about 60 years since the commencement of this project in March, 1951, a series of scientific tests rooted in the practice of irrigation known as water saving surface irrigation methods, reclamation of saline-alkali soil, usage of the river's sediments, irrigation based on wells together with canals etc. were widely carried out, and a great number of successful experiences suitable for the irrigation districts in the lower reach of Yellow River were drawn and the People's Victory Canal had long been honoured as a pilot irrigation project due to it's experimentation and demonstration functions.

    Complete bearing spiral case is a kind of structure which accounts for the bigger thickness of the steel in high HD penstock structure and ensures the generator operating steadily, but it is rarely applied to large power stations in our country. In Three Gorges hydropower station, as the big dimension, high HD value and the complicated work mechanism, it is difficult to analyse the structure. This paper presents a nonlinear finite element analysis of complete bearing spiral case in Three Gorges hydropower station using ABAQUS. Under different three-point bending beam of concrete, the change discipline of the concrete damage and the stress of steel are studied which provides important reference for selecting correct three-point bending beam of concrete and reasonable arrangement of reinforcement.

    In seepage preventing of dams,geomembranes were commonly used to seepage preventing on the front side of dam in order to protect the safety of dam. Based on experimental test, emphatically analyzes main mechanical properties of composite geomembrane, the nonlinear finite element method is applied to calculate the deformation and stress of a composite geomembrane rockfill dam, mainly studies shear deformation characteristic between composite geomembrane and the structure plane of dam body. The experimental results show that constitutive mode of composite geomembrane and coarse-grained materials cushion layer interface is strain-softening. The results show that deformation and stress behaviors of dam body, dam foundation and composite geomembrane are in the normal state under unfavorable conditions.

    The rainfall-induced landslide in residual soil is very common in tropical and subtropical regions. This type of landslide is mainly due to the reduction of anti-shear parameters and matric suction in the unsaturated area of slope caused by rainfall infiltration, thus lowering the anti-shear capacity of soil. Based on the Mein-Larson model, an explicit method is presented to approximately simulate the process of infiltration. Variation laws of infiltration rate and depth of the wetting front with time are obtained. On this basis, the limit equilibrium method considering the matrix suction is utilized to analyze the influence of rain infiltration on slope stability. The results show that the actual infiltration rate is equal to rainfall intensity before ponding, and then gradually decreases. The depth of the wetting front observes an almost linear trend with time. The safety factor decreases significantly due to rainfall infiltration.

    Abstract: The mix design of the anti-abrasion concrete used in the anti-abrasion parts of the dam was studied combining with the engineering practice in this paper. Also the properties of the anti-abrasion concrete were tested, including the mechanical deformation, anti-abrasion performance, crack resistance, permeability resistance and frost resistance. Besides, the contrast test on the crack resistance of the anti-abrasion concrete was performed by incorporating Anti-abrasion agent, poly-carboxylic acid water reducer and Naphthalene series superplasticizer into the concrete respectively. The experiment results indicated that different kinds of admixture had significant effects on the crack resistance of the anti-abrasion concrete.

    The right bank-slope’s weathering zone of Lechangxia dam is very deep, and the strength of the rock is weak. After excavation, there will be an excavation slope with the height of 215 meters. In addition, this is a heavy rain region. Therefore, the deformation stability of the slope is so critical that it will influence the construction period of the RCCD. For verifying the stability of the slope before and after excavation, firstly, the FEM is used to model the excavation of the slope to obtain the deformation and yield zone, and the strength deduction method is also used to calculate the safety factor of the stability. Then, the rigid body limit equilibrium method is used to calculate the safety factor of the stability, and analysis the two results contrastively. Especially, analysis the sensitivity of slope stability in variable rainfall conditions when the basic information of seepage is limited. Finally, make constructive suggestions about drainage and observations are discussed which are helpful to guide the excavation of the slope.

    There are many problems on the construction of high dam in narrow valley, such as how the high-velocity flow excretes to the downstream river, how to ensure the safety of the dam, and reduce the impact on the environment, so the design of the discharge structure is extremely important. Thus a series of experiments which is based on a practical engineering with typical deep narrow valley were carried out to investigate the problem of shape optimization. The result indicates: the distribution of the nappe is unreasonable in the original shape, and the scouring in the stilling pool is very serious. The overburden layer in the stilling pool is almost washed out within large discharge and the jets are straightly impact on the bed rock. So the original shape is not adapt to use .After a series of experiments, the proposed shape can solve this problem. And the experimental results may supply references for similar projects.

    The Quandu pump station is chosen as an example to analyze the three transient processes of high lift centrifugal pump start up. The results show: the remaining air in the pump and pipeline is the main obstacle for the water-filling and the half-capacity conditions; air release is necessary to avoid the destroy; in the full-capacity condition, air-hammer always appears and additional head is increased; the additional head can be avoided by partially opening the valve before the start-up of the pump.
