    The trends of water flow and sediment changes are analysed based on the observed data of the hydrographic station before and after impounding of Three Gorges Reservoir. It is shown that the trend of runoff evolvement in upper Yangtze River is not distinct, but trend of sediment transport decreased is distinct. The incoming sediment of Three Gorges Reservoir decreased constantly while the reducing sediment of Beibei and Pingshan stations are the major reasons. The backwater of Three Gorges Reservoir influenced the rating curves of Qinxichang and Wanxian stations, the correlation between water discharge and sand content in flood season is good while sand content decreased in dry season, it means that sedimentation occurred in upper Yangtze River.The particle size of suspend load in the main hydrographic stations in upper Yangtze River decreased while the measured suspended load particle size in Wanxian and Yichang stations decreased by a big margin.

    This article according to water resources distribution and apply situation、environmental protection condition、level of society development and economic structure composition and other characteristics of the Jinshajiang River basin in Yunnan province, use fuzzy synthesis judgment method, take the water resources capacity evaluating indicator system as the guidance, through the single factor analysis on the convective region water resources capacity of each factor carries, make the multi-factor quality synthetic evaluation through the synthesis judgment matrix to its capacity, use the related evaluation model, calculates with it correspondence fuzzy subset degree of membership, and obtain the corresponding measure results and the synthesis grading value, the appraisal zones of different water resources capacity size, thus analyzes comprehensively the condition of the basin water resources capacity; The results indicated that the water resources capacity of Jinshajiang River basin in our province is relatively good, and has certain development use potential. This may provide the policy-making for the water resources sustainable development of Jinshajiang River basin in our province, and promotes the coordinated development of basin water resources and social economy.

    The region along the Yellow River of Gansu Province has an important strategic position in Gansu Province as well as Northwest China. Through modeling water resources carrying capacity(WRCC), the possible scenarios are simulated when several variables change under different parameters combinations. The results showed that: 4 variables cropland irrigation, water-saving technology, the scale of non-agricultural industries and ecological water impact greatly on the WRCC; each scenario has its own advantages and disadvantages among four typical scenarios discussed, the most favorable option is the coordinated development scenario. In this scenario, the goal of overall well-off may be achieved for the region in 2020, but there are huge differences in the region. 4 living levels (the subsistence level, the relative ample life, primary well-off and overall well-off) still exist. Water shortage will appear in 2021, and impact on future development. Therefore, we need to balance urban and rural development; plan actively the construction of “Western Route Project for Transferring Water from Southern to Northern China” besides speeding up "Tao River Diversion Project" being constructed.

    As one of the main rivers which flow into the Lake Taihu, Xitiaoxi River is of great significance for supporting the economic develpment in Taihu Basin.Based on the flow materials of the past 29 years, the runoff characteristics of Xitiaoxi River is analysed, and the trend of runoff is calculated by Mann-Kendall test. In the end, the influence of human activities and weather change on runoff is qualified. The results shows: both inter-annual and annual distribution runoff changes greatly, the variation coefficient even reaches 0.389 and flood season runoff account for 90% the most; the flow of Xitiaoxi River has been declining quickly since 1980s, and the flood season declines even greater, but the non-flood season changes little; the proportion of flood season runoff has been declining rapidly. Finally, the rainfall change is found to be the main reason for runoff decline, during 1980-2008 rainfall change has 90% contribution to runoff change.

    In this paper, in view of existing situation of generalization of flood control mathematical model ,and current popular module has been adopted , flood control model based on COM is researched in Visual Fortran, and generalization of flood control mathematical model based on COM is researched, which provides a new approach that all kinds of proven flood control model is incorporated into a big model to achieve a complicated flood control system. Finally, a practical example in VC is given.

    Accurate water measuring is a sure trend of agricultural development. Advanced water measuring equipment is a key to realizing it. The electronic digital water level-monitor sensor can record the process of water level, and through a pre-set or a standard weir stage-discharge relationship for flow and accumulation of water. Through the process of calculation, data are kept, displayed and transmitted directly by digits. From the application in Xinjiang Irrigation Area, it makes the continuous and accurate irrigation water measuring come true. It ensures that the data are exact, real and open, the planned and used water become consistent. It ensures rational ,allotment and use of water ., The aim of measuring water according to each family and paying water bills by cube will be realized step by step.

    Hangzhou Sanbao drainage pumping station is a large water control project combined with Hangzhou Sanbao navigation lock which is a major transport hub of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. In the process of engineering design the rational relationship between drainage pumping station and the lock must be handled scientifically. In this paper, the downstream approach channel of two-tier navigation lock was study. When a large flow of drainage arrived, the flow pattern and velocity distribution in channel, as well as changes in river bed erosion and deposition, was studied through the physical model test method. The channel protection program was optimized based on this method. So the adverse effect of pumping station construction on the channel was reduced, waterway safety was ensured, and investment purposes was saved

    This paper describes the Shaoshan Irrigation District in engineering Corollary,in order to solve the Hennessy and security conflicts at the end of the main channel, the north and south trunk watershed hub. Irrigation professional and technical personnel have developed their own separate hydraulic pontoon controlled transformation of the original sluice gate, through the practical application, it has fully proved that hydraulic automatic gate with a safe, reliable, economical and practical features, it provides a One line of thought and a basis to solve the engineering problems of the same type.

    Because of high salt content in saline soil, its high compressibility and lixiviation collapse have the tremendous influence and the harm to the engineering construction . This paper explores its deformation characteristics,using 2%,5%,8% chlorine saline soil as an object of study, which is prepared with Yangling loess soil and NaCl, incorporating 0%,10%,15%,20%,25% fly ash.By compression tests and collapsibility tests, study deformation characteristics on the influence of fly ash content,put forward the possibility of improvement of saline with fly ash in terms of deformation.The experimental result showed that when the fly ash was 20%, the saline has best performance¬—lower compressibility, the lowest karst collapse coefficient among the chlorine saline with various salt content.

    The risk evaluation of the hydraulic structure of small hydropower stations is a subject seldom covered, It has a positive guiding significance for the security renovation of small hydropower stations. In this paper, the authors made some improvements based on the comprehensive risk index method proposed by Portugese, Various factors affecting the safety of small hydropower statipons, including engineering structures, operation and management, failure consequences and surroundings are considered comprehensively. The model of small hydropower hydraulic structure risk assessment is established. To improve the reliability of the results of model calculation, experts’ views are dealt with by the transfer entropy theory. Finally, it gives an example to confirm this practical and scientific method .

    A power distribution reliability management system, established on power distribution GIS platform, is presented in the paper, in order to realize its visual management. And the power distribution network topology model is designed based on GUID. Besides, the power supply reliability management model, based on target decomposition, is studied and a scientific and reasonable algorithm for reliability target decomposition is given. The algorithm of target decomposition is realized in the power distribution network model based on power distribution GIS platform and its reasonability is verified.
