    In order to realize the park irrigation automatically, an automatic park irrigation system based on configuration software and modbus protocol was developed. The irrigation control system was mainly composed of irrigation control software, irrigation controller, moisture content monitor and AC Solenoid valve. The irrigation control software could implement the gathering of moisture content data and well parameters, and it could also implement the control of park irrigation. The devices of the system could communicate with each other via modbus protocol. The system have been demonstrated in Bei Xiao He Park, and worked well.

    This paper based on the field experimental data in climate and physiology factors from 2005 t0 2006 to simulate the daily the evapotranspiration of the Community of Leymus Chinensis in the Otindag sandy area in two different hydrology yeas using dual crop coefficient approach presented in the FAO irrigation and drainage paper 56 (FAO56,1998,Crop evapotranspiration ,Guidelines for computing crop water requirement) 。The simulation results were assessed by the approach of consisting in presenting a graphical representation of model simulated transpiration and evaporation compared with observed values and by the regression between observed and model simulated values forced to the origin. The evapotranpiration values assessed were analyzed according to the physiology characteristics, change in canopy structures, climate factors and root zoon water content .The evapotranpiration and average daily evapotranpiration strength of growing stages were determined and the variations of them were revealed.

    A filter is an essential equipment to deal with the irrigation water which contains sand in micro-irrigation engineering. Under the predict condition of pressure difference between the inner and outer of the thin filters screen, the filtration and backwashing characteristic of the automatic self-suction filter in micro-irrigations are experimental studied in this article. In the process of filter, the sand in the inner surface of the thin filters screen gradually increases as the filting time goes on, resulting the increase of the pressure difference between the inner and outer. However, the filter needs to be back washing when the pressure difference is greater than the defaulted amount. If the defaulted pressure difference is too large, not only the drain off feculence interval time becomes longer, but it will also decrease the lifespan of the thin filters screen because of enduring greater pressure difference; Conversely, a too short filter time will make the drain off feculence frequently, and it also will influence the sand of efficient filtration, so how to default thin filters screen’s pressure difference become very important. Through the theoretical calculation in this article, it is shown that the variety of the defaulted pressure difference between the inner and outer of thin filters screen is 0.021-0.086MPa , and then, do experiment with the 80 screen automatic self-suction filter, with the factors such as the filtration time、the flow rate、the head-loss and so on, we know that the filter can work very efficiently when the pressure difference is 0.08 MPa .

    Abstract: With the development of wastewater irrigation, it is very important to study influence of heavy metal pollution,espetially influence of heavy metal pollution on soil-crop systems. Through experiment, the influence of heavy metal plumbum(pb.)on corn growth, output and quality were studied. It is shown that with the increase of soil pb.content, the index, such as unit leaf area, the height, the weight, etc. were shown decreasing trend. The average corn spike length, spike diameter, unit spike weight, total grains/per spike, weight of 100 grains decreased. The average corn spike bald length increased and the corn output decreased. When soil pb. content reach to 300mg/kg, the corn output was decreased 21%.

    The structural characteristics and application of vortex pump are introduced. The researches status of vortex pump are discoursed based on the principle of work, the influence of structural parameters on pump performance, design theory, internal flow and experimental study five aspects. The development trend of vortex pump is also given. The article believes, advanced testing technology should be adopted to test the internal flow, new model of flow theory should be established, design methods should be completed, will be the emphasis of future research.

    Four kinds of different vegetation configuration (ryegrass, alfalfa, shrub-alfalfa, shrub-ryegrass) were used in comparison with control group (non-plant pot) CK in the pot experiment, to study the dynamic changes of soil total nitrogen. The result shows that: (1) The experimental groups were significantly lower than control group on total nitrogen, and the difference between them was visible. (2) The shrub-alfalfa and shrub-ryegrass both existed significant difference with respectively alfalfa and ryegrass, while no significant difference between shrub-alfalfa and shrub-ryegrass; The ryegrass had not significant difference with alfalfa. (3)Analysis showed that different vegetation configurations to reduce the amount of total nitrogen: shrub-ryegrass >shrub-alfalfa>alfalfa>ryegrass. The configuration of shrub-ryegrass was best, and followed by shrub-alfalfa configuration on decrease total nitrogen effect.

    At present, deterministic method is employed to analyze hydraulic fracturing. But characteristics of earth and rock show great variability forming in combination of geologic, environmental, and physical-chemical processes in far-flung geological age. Consequently the results obtained using deterministic method can not reliably indicate whether earth core can be fractured by water pressure or not. The effects of variability of dam materials to hydraulic fracture in the core can be considered using probabilistic methods to analyze hydraulic fracturing. According to probability distribution of physical parameters of dam materials, hydraulic fracturing criterion is used to construct the function of hydraulic fracturing in the core. Accordingly reliability index of hydraulic fracturing in the core is calculated through Geometry method, and probability of hydraulic fracturing in the core can be obtained. Taking one earth core rock-fill dam for example, the method mentioned above is used to analyze hydraulic fracturing in the core. The results suggest that the probability of hydraulic fracturing in the core increase with great variability of elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio, density of dam materials, and effect of core material to hydraulic fracturing is different to shell material. In addition the effect of water filling rate on the potential of hydraulic fracturing in the core is also analyzed.

    Abstract: Making clear the sensitive properties of steel gate response to load and its distribution,can effectively ensure the safe operation of hydraulic steel gate. Using the APDL secondary development function of ANSYS through the safety simulation model of hydraulic steel gate, the two types of units of highly sensitive areas response to load and the search method of distribution area are introduced. Engineering application shows the most part of steel gate present a characteristic of synchronization load and some local areas present highly sensitive to load. Emphasising on strengthening the traits monitoring and maintenance of highly sensitive areas response to load make it more pertinence and effectivity to ensure the safe operation of hydraulic steel gate in service.

    Abstract:According to the current norms and combining with the characteristics of dam safety assessment, a multilevel comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed. In consideration of the uncertainty of index and the consequence of weight allocation in dam safety assessment, as well as the irrationality of invariable weight with general fuzzy evaluation, this paper emphasizes that weight can change with evaluating value and sets multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model based on contingency theory. Then the evaluating method is proved to be reasonable and feasible by analyzing and calculating with an example, which provides scientific basis for dam safety assessment.
